Our hotel room was better than I expected and Hotels.com wil get my business from now on. I booked our rooms for two nights, but as the weather forecasts begin to predict a snow storm in the area, we left our destination a day early. The hotel said I would need to contact Hotels.com to see about getting a credit for the night we did not stay. I really appreciated the quick check-in and how courteous the staff was. I noticed they were playing Christian music in the lobby as well as left the Bible open to a passage in the room. We had a very enjoable experiance at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to find a "towel-animal" on our bed! The room was very clean and comfortable -- lots of fluffy pillows! The breakfast they offer is fantastic with plenty of choices. The pool was close by the hot tub where we could relax while watching our boys swim. Hotel is close to restaurants, shows, and museums. "very impatiant cleaning staff!"
The hotel was great, a good location within walking distance to several attractions. There was some confusion at checkin, where the staff wanted me to take two rooms. After check in we enjoyed a nice night in restful surroundings, the room was clean, quiet and confortable. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, eggs, sausage, waffles, biskets and […] gravy. After breakfast I treated our 3 year old greandaughter to a swim in the indoor pool. After we returned from the pool, our door was knocked on 4 different times by staff that wanted to clean the room. It was very excessive, especially considering that check out is not until 11 and the knocking began around 9:30! There was no appology by the people knocking on the door, only a hurry up expression. "Just okay, good for Branson"
Personnel was very nice but this was an average hotel. Room furniture was very nice and shower head was above par. We appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Mattresses were worn and sheets were nubby and terrible. Heard the story about "Don't sit on the side of the bed, that's where the fat salesman sit!" I think his whole family […] sat on these mattresses. Sheets were so uncomfortable and worn but the room was very clean. We never saw the "sumptious" breakfast. "Right on the main strip"
This hotel is on the main strip and easy to get to. Hotel personnel were very friendly. Asked to have a light fixed while we were at breakfast and when we got back in our room it was fixed. "Good Location"
Good Location on the main street. Had dinner at Montana Mike's next to the hotel. Walked to The Titanic exhibit. Even though the breakfast was good at the hotel the first day we wanted to try out the waffle house across the street the next day. Stayed at the Best Western Centre Pointe Inn Branson MO Sept 2011 for a two week vacation. Arrived late in the evening, checked in given a map to find our room. Would have been nice for someone to show us where to go. Great location to all Theatres, some walking distance away, we did not hire a car, used local taxi. Breakfast was very good and plentiful […] great variety, something to suit everyone. Everyone there were very pleasant and helpful. Booked all our tickets for shows through the booking office there. Best Western Centre Pointe Inn is a fantastic place to stay very clean and comfortable, room cleaned everyday, beds changed every second day First time to Branson we will defenitely be visiting there again. Great Shows not just country music or Gospel, but, Magic Shows Musicals Comedy also Acrobats and lots more. I was very impressed by every theatre we were in, a tribute was paid to all veterns of all the forces, and also every time a gospel song was sang hats were removed. Our top three best shows were Noah the musical, Kirby Vanburch magic show, also Acrobats of China. All shows were good and very good but the three above were excellent.
