I really appreciated the quick check-in and how courteous the staff was. I noticed they were playing Christian music in the lobby as well as left the Bible open to a passage in the room. "When you get MORE than you expect!"
This hotel was quite a surprise and only in the most positive way possible. Although somewhat unassuming looking from the outside, we were greeted by a very polite and helpful staff. The (full) breakfast was nicely done and tasty, and the pool/sauna/hot tub was great (open until midnigth for late nite hot tub fun). The room was sparkly clean and modern […] and comparable to many of those I have visited in big city and a lot higher stars (and prices). The most positive part of our stay here is the service we received, from polite and helpful folks to the more unseen things such as filling up breakfast items five minutes before closing to ensure selection, to letting folks finish eating before closing down, to offering extra tissues when they say one of our guest had a cold. "very impatiant cleaning staff!"
The hotel was great, a good location within walking distance to several attractions. There was some confusion at checkin, where the staff wanted me to take two rooms. After check in we enjoyed a nice night in restful surroundings, the room was clean, quiet and confortable. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, eggs, sausage, waffles, biskets and […] gravy. After breakfast I treated our 3 year old greandaughter to a swim in the indoor pool. After we returned from the pool, our door was knocked on 4 different times by staff that wanted to clean the room. It was very excessive, especially considering that check out is not until 11 and the knocking began around 9:30! There was no appology by the people knocking on the door, only a hurry up expression. My family and I stayed at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn for two nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has two pools, which is great for families with kids. The room was great. The location was great. Right on the strip, but far enough off the street to not hear the sounds of the strip. Beds were comfortable, pillows were great. The only negatives were that there wasn't any hand soap available to wash my hands after using the restroom. There was a bar of facial cleanser though, so I did use that. Stayed at the Best Western Centre Pointe Inn Branson MO Sept 2011 for a two week vacation. Arrived late in the evening, checked in given a map to find our room. Would have been nice for someone to show us where to go. Great location to all Theatres, some walking distance away, we did not hire a car, used local taxi. Breakfast was very good and plentiful […] great variety, something to suit everyone. Everyone there were very pleasant and helpful. Booked all our tickets for shows through the booking office there. Best Western Centre Pointe Inn is a fantastic place to stay very clean and comfortable, room cleaned everyday, beds changed every second day First time to Branson we will defenitely be visiting there again. Great Shows not just country music or Gospel, but, Magic Shows Musicals Comedy also Acrobats and lots more. I was very impressed by every theatre we were in, a tribute was paid to all veterns of all the forces, and also every time a gospel song was sang hats were removed. Our top three best shows were Noah the musical, Kirby Vanburch magic show, also Acrobats of China. All shows were good and very good but the three above were excellent.
