Staff was above excellent. Very Friendly, helpful. We really enjoyed visiting with them. Room was excellent corner room, great views, clean and very comfortable. The Radisson Hotel in Branson, Mo. is about 2/10ths mile of the main strip of hwy. where all of the featured attractions are. So the location is great. Once there, I found the entire staff to be very friendly and professional. A sizeable lobby with plenty of internet access and the elevator lobby is just steps away from the main entrance. My fiancé […] and I booked a guest suite with two queen sized beds. The room was a bit small for having two beds and the bathroom was small as well, although it did have modern styling throughout. My only real concern was the parking at the hotel. I would advise checking in early, say before dinner time. It may not be a matter of where you are parked, but If you have a spot at all. We stayed overnight here in February on our way to visit a friend and, overall, were very impressed! The rooms are very clean, the decor is pretty contemporary and has a very uncluttered feel, and the water pressure in the shower was good, which is always a plus. We were excited to try the sleep number beds for the first time as well, and found them […] to be quite comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn they offer free wifi service (I'm used to paying at least $10 p/day) and free parking. "Not what I was promised"
It was a big room but we were told It would be a king with the select comfort mattress. Instead it was 2 doubles and regular typically hard mattress. I paid more so I could get the king bed and of course no kings were available. It was the corner room so it was big and fairly quite. Not very kid friendly... no free breakfast -except for a few granola bars and apples between 5-7am. Inside part of the pool was very small and cold. $10.00 a night extra for a refridgerator in the room and no microwave in the room or in the lobby! Got a room with a Queen bed,( which we prefer). Was told by front desk this is a handicap room. Which was ok,but there was not a place to put our toiletries bags in the bathroom..This was the only downside...Othe side note.. we have been wanting to try all of the new bed technologyis out.. Hotel needs basic upkeep. The Sauna has loose boards, no handle in the inside to close door. Pool area had flaking paint and dirty tile area. Stayed on the 6thinside floor. Unfortunately we do not have rooms with two Queen beds. We do however have rooms that range from our standard size rooms up to very large and luxurious Penthouse and Presidential suites. "After 4 nights..."
My boyfriend and I stayed 4 nights in a standard room with a KING bed. We never had any major issues. The room was always clean after we returned from a day out exploring the town. Our things were never disturbed. We always received fresh towels and everything was restocked and ready for us at night when we came back. Check-in/check-out was a BREEZE! […] Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our only complaints were: --The TV is kind of strange... it always resets to the "vacation channel" and there isn't any kind of guide to speak of (or not that we found). It is very slow as well. --The pool was OK to say the least. Our visit (in early October) was a bit too chilly to go swimming outside. the indoor part of the pool was very small.
