"Top of price range, bottom of expectations"
We stayed here over night as just a weekend getaway. It was an alright hotel nothing really wowed me with the price we payed. I normally stay in cheaper hotels and some of them can be surprisingly nice but this was at the bottom of my expectations and top of my price range. The bed was not really comfortable in my opinion, it felt like I was sleeping […] on an air mattress. There were cup rings everywhere! And in the middle of the night I got up to go to the bathroom and I could hear the guy next to me peeing. Not muffled at all. It almost felt like I was in a bathroom stall. This is located off the strip and the staff was always nice and said hello to you. It was an okay stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

very clean hotel and very plesant people working there. Our heat did not work correctly in our room, they tried to fix it but never did work correctly, cold all night. Bed was not comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The rooms were outdated compared to the lobby area and restrooms. The bathrooms in the room were very small and the ceilings were very low. Overall, pretty good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Hotel needs basic upkeep. The Sauna has loose boards, no handle in the inside to close door. Pool area had flaking paint and dirty tile area. Stayed on the 6thinside floor. Some rooms has door with wood pealing off the bottom of the you could notice while walking down hallway. Serive was great we used NATE the bellhop. We had problems with the rooms at check in. The hotel clerk was rude and not helpful and wasn't familiar with the rooms they had available. However, another clerk straightened everything out and she was really good. We left a family picture in the room at checkout and it was apparently thrown away by the cleaning staff. Response by Radisson Hotel Branson I am so very sorry to hear about the problems you encountered during your stay. I will be sure to address the service issues with our team, because clearly we fell short of our exceedingly high expectations. I sincerely hope you will decide to stay with us again on your next trip to Branson.
"I don't know why it's 4 stars. I'd give it 3."
Very Clean. Small frustrations, but overall experience ok. Parking was frustrating, the lots were full and nothing was close to the entrance. Bathroom was very small. Sleep number bed did not adjust correctly.Genuine Expedia guest review

Response by Radisson Hotel Branson We greatly appreciate you taking the time to review our property. Being one of the only full service hotels in Branson, there are some amenities we do not provide complimentary, but we make up for it with the amenities we do have such as our full service restaurant and lounge with room service, pool side dining, complimentary bell staff and complimentary fitness center. We do realize there are those who do not prefer sleep number beds, and for those guest we do offer rooms with luxury pillow top mattresses. We strive to satisfy 100% of our guests by offering a diverse, unique set of amenities designed to please. We hope you will give us another chance on your next trip to Branson to exceed your expectations!
"Worn out hotel... just like the city of Branson"
We booked two rooms for our family trip to Branson. Each room had the same issues... the BED. Radisson prides itself on the fact that they offer the Sleep Number bed. Yea, you've seen the commercials. They claim these beds are adjustable to your individual preference of firmness. Well, that is probably true... IF THEY WORKED. The beds in both rooms […] did not work. In the room I stayed in, the bed would not air up and therefore we had to sleep with the firmness it was already set at... which was way too soft. In the other room, the bed aired up just fine. However, during the night the bed lost all of its air... completely deflated, each night. Finally, I completely understand that Branson was hit with a significant tornado several months ago. But the city should make these damaged business clean up their properties. The city is littered with trash and debris, still today. It's very unattractive and unsafe. The local attractions are run down, outdated, and in need of revitalization to the 21st Century. Oh yeah... this hotel is conveniently located among the mess they call 'the strip'. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Radisson Hotel Branson I was greatly concerned when I read your review. Here at the Radisson we have just completed a 3 million dollar renovation which greatly modernized our facility. We do have rooms that have luxury pillow top mattresses as well as rooms that have the sleep number beds to give our guests a choice. As far as the tornado damage, our city has worked diligently with businesses to not only clean up the damage but rebuild bigger and better. Unfortunately these things take time. Branson is completely safe as most of the damage has been cleared. I am terribly sorry we didn't meet your expectations. as a hotel or as a city. Branson is a beautiful place and we all strive to exceed our guests expectations.

"Not worth the room rate"
Had a room with two sleep number beds, neither bed worked properly and would deflate during the night then make loud noises during the night. "Restful stay, but not totally satisfied"
The rooms were very clean. The beds were doubles" instead of queen size like we are used to; nevertheless, they were very comfortable (pillow top). The only thing I didn't understand about this hotel is that we were in room 832. They said an indoor and outdoor pool. It was just one pool, but you could swim under a "flap" to get from indoor to outdoor. […] The pool was extremely small for a hotel of 8 stories high. The pool is what my children look for the most. The place we normally stay in Branson has maybe 200 rooms, but it has a indoor pool at one end (supposedly the 2nd largest in Branson) and an outdoor at the other end. Also, it has a free breakfast with biscuits/gravy, fruit, cereal, etc. The breakfast buffet at the Raddison was $10.95 and I don't know it that counted the drink or not. It was not much more that what we normally get for free at our usual place to stay. Overall, was a little pricier that what we are used to, but rooms were comfortable and clean, and service was good. Only complaints, pool and breakfast. I would stay again at the Raddison, if I needed to. As I said, it was clean and comfortable. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Okay place to stay?"
The bed was terribly uncomfortable! Will never stay at another Hotel/Motel with sleep number beds. Hot tub was over ran by teenagers. Pool was a little small for the size of the Hotel. Other than that it was very clean and had a nice atmosphereGenuine Expedia guest review
"Three strikes and I'm out of here!"
Pillowtop mattress was regular mattress. Next evening moved to sleep number bed. Like sleeping on air mattress with padding. Comforters on beds were dirty. Last day the water pressure in bathroom had a lot of air in lines, don't know what was going on but real hard to shower.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Radisson Hotel, Branson, MO"
The Hotel is convenient to most things. We absolutely hated the sleep number beds. We stayed 4 nights and never got comfortable. The pool was too small. It would have been ok, except there were so many children. The chlorine one day was so bad it burned my eyes and I was just sitting and watching my granddaughters. Our bathroom was almost too small […] to turn around in. This hotel, was at one time, a Holiday Inn and that is what it seemed like...not a Radisson. "You can do better"
The room was too small. There were 5 of us (3 teenagers). The bathroom was so small that only one person could use it at a time. With 3 teen-age girls it took forever to get us all ready in the mornings. A rollaway was added to the room and there was just enough room to walk but no more. This hotel was okay; adequate for a quick trip and decent enough. We got a very good deal and for the price I certainly cannot complain. The staff was very friendly and check-in/out was easy. Parking and ease to get to the front entrance wasn't great, but once you figured out where to come in, it was okay - initially it could be a bit confusing. The beds were not confortable. The walls are paper thin, you could here the conversations in the rooms around you. There was a barking dog in the room next to us that cried when left alone.Genuine Expedia guest review
The staff was nice upon entry to me, my husband and son. And the internet worked at this place!! Bed was very uncomfortable though, my back ached both nights with 2 different comfort settings. Brought us small old crappy fridge with rust on the racks and didn't shut properly, dented everywhere, blew a fuse in the night because we had our lap top plugged […] in the same outlet and woke up to sour milk for my son's breakfast. I recommend more outlets put in. Oh and they don't serve breakfast, you bring your own unless you want to pay for it. The pool was one of those indoor outdoor ones where you could swim to the outside (SUPER COLD PART) who wants to in cold weather? The inside part of the pool was about 12 by 12, super tiny and only 3 feet deep clear across (unless u went and swam outside in the cold part). The elevators were super fast and neat though, the best part about staying there. I checked for bed bugs and it was clean as a whistle! Around the corners of the room were dirty though, all along the edge. I was scared to lift up the bed skirt so I didn't! I was grateful for no bed bugs! The flush was sluggish and had to flush several times. The bathtub was nice and clean but very small in there and no exhaust fan either. We stayed in room 419. Next time we will be going back to Angel Inn! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
""It's Okay""
The hotel service was fine and the location was good. My only complaint would be with the room. If the fan for the air conditioner wasn't running we could hear people in the hall and the rooms next to us, which made it seem more like a "Motel Six" than a "Radison". We had no idea that the hotel was pet friendly, and just 2 doors down from us, someone left their pooch in the hotel as they toured the city...we opted to sleep late however, that was interrupted by a crying yodeling dog that persisted and persisted. The location of this hotel is great...in the middle of everything and easier to get to things. The rooms have older TVs. The mattresses are uncomfortable. There are no movies to purchase. Bathroom was very small although the room itself was spacious. No refrigerator or microwave. Walls were thin and we could hear the woman next to us coughing throughout the night. The hotel advertised sleep number beds which is one of the things that caught my attention. It has sleep number beds but ours did not work. I think the ground would have been more comfortable. "The Radisson in Branson"
The first night my husband and I slept poorly on the sleep number bed as it was completely sunk down to 0 when we woke. We both tossed and turned and woke multiple times..... there were some other minor things we noticed as well, such as the bathroom door wouldn't close ( nor did it have a lock on it) we found a few bugs in the room despite being on […] the 3rd floor. And everytime the ac turned off there was a distinct sound as if a cricket was living inside of the ac unit. . Oh, and totally gross...... there was a lot of mold inside the shower hooks that was very disgusting to me. However the following morning we reported all these things to the desk clerks and they upgraded our room to a suite on the 9th floor, no bugs, no mold as there was a shower door, the bathroom door closed completly and the bed did not deflate. Although the room was very much outdated it was clean and functional. In all honesty we most likely will not stay at a Radisson again, as we dislike the sleep number bed immensely and couldn't wait to get back home to our real mattress. The hotel is dated. The floor of the shower was discolored. There were marks on the walls. The TV was big and antiquated. The A/C unit was noisy and went off and on all night. "Too large and poor service attitude"
Hotel was too large creating a problem of too many people in one location. Pool was always crowded with kids which kept me away. Service in the restaurant was poor at best. "Overpriced"
This was an OK hotel, but far more "average" than we were expecting. The pool was over-chlorinated and relatively small. The pizza shop was only open once in the 4 days we were there. The restaurant was so empty that you'd feel very very uncomfortable eating there. Within 10 feet of the building in the back people were constantly smoking. That smoke […] drifted to the pool area. The sprinklers were on around 5 or 6pm every night which was really inconvenient; we found ourselves either running past them or getting soaked all the time. The wireless was OK (fairly slow), though one of the days we were there it was down the entire time. Every day we came back to our room the cleaning service had set the thermostat to 65 degrees, so the room was freezing. The bed was big and the comforter was nice. Not thrilled with the sleepnumber beds, but it was a pretty good idea for a hotel. Pillows were average. Bathroom was also average, though there was no fan in it which we found both odd and inconvenient. View from the room stunk; we saw an old building with an extremely faded "go america" painting on it that made the whole place feel ugly and backwater. Overall it felt like a super-8 motel or comparable; definitely not worth the extra price compared to other hotels in the area. Unimpressed, will not return. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice hotel, could not sleep!"
Thanks to the Radisson for allowing us to try their beds. We determined beyond doubt that we did not want a sleep number bed! All we gave up was two nights worth of sleep and saved thousands. Took us a week to catch up on rest at home. Do they offer regular bedding ilo sleep number? It might have been better to have had two beds instead of one king. […] As we are over 62 and don't sleep well anyway, we are big critics on "a good night's sleep". The comfort of a bed is worth a great amount of money if it provides a good night's sleep. I'm sure younger backs and constitutions would have loved the challenge of a "sleep number" bed...unless you tell me Radisson's have regular bedding, doubt if we will stay at a Radisson again if they only offer them. The Branson Radisson is a great hotel, nice location, very clean...just could not master their beds! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Strategic Location But Not Impressed"
The location is very strategic (just off 76 Highway and near restaurants and stores) but you will need to have a vehicle that can manage a really steep hill to get to the hotel. The room is sub-par as it only has one-cup coffee maker and no mini-fridge. Free WiFi and Comfort Number beds are plus, though. The air condition unit is really noisy when it […] kicks off, so we all had trouble sleeping due to noise. As a compromise we had to turn up the thermostat but then it became hot and humid. The indoor/outdoor swimming pool, (indoor) hot tub and shower are nice but in order to get to the pool you will walk by restaurant and bar in the basement floor that apparently allow people to smoke.
