""Disappointed in Branson Missouri""
First day on arrival, I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned(6:30-pm). I was given a new room. However, my third day, after being out of the room all day-no one even touched the room-cleaning. Had to call front desk to asist. Day before leaving had a rain storm, entire upper window leaked. "Hard to find this place and I got a dirty bathroom"

The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The body soap in the shower was out the entire stay. The room smelled musky. There were small holes in the privacy curtain. Parking was an issue. Elevators were slow. Going through the southside doors, there was no sign for the front desk. Come to find out the front desk is on the lower level. No signage […] to determine the front entrance of the hotel. One front desk employee was not friendly at all. The room was cramp for even 2 people. We will NOT stay there again. "Some things you should know"
The hotel is 8 stories. the eighth floor is where they have breakfast. There are only 2 small elevators in the hotel and the stairs are not conveniently located. Getting up and down to breakfast was like waiting in line for a cattle call. The first room they gave us on the seventh floor had a water pipe rattling in the wall. We went back to the front […] desk and asked for a different room. They put us on the first floor above the lobby. This room was next to the main drain pipe for the hotel and there was constantly a sound of running water the entire time we were in the room day and night. It was better than a rattling pipe though. Both rooms wee in the center of the hotel. After moving once I didn't feel like I could ask to move again especially after getting a bargain basement rate on the room. The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast. It's a full breakfast with sausage, eggs, little fried potatoes, grits, toast, waffles, cereal, juice, fruit bar, coffee and pastries. Can't remember ever having a free breakfast that good. However Because of the room noise and the constant long waits at the elevator (5-8 minutes) I wouldn't consider staying at this hotel again. "Grand Plaza - not grand"
This hotel is like a 1950's holiday Inn. closed, old fashioned with Hokey entertainment. The breakfast buffet was the same every day - very limited choices - plain to say the least. Our room was cleaned 1 of the 4 days we were there - they never changed the sheets. One of the beds had a stain on the sheets that never moved or disappeared. "We won't be back- inexperienced, uncompassionate staff-"
It was okay, but I wouldn't stay here again. They didn't have our reservation upon check-in; therefore, they had not received my request for an infant crib so the first two nights of our four night stay so I didn't sleep well at all the first two nights. The hotel room was clean, the beds "ok", pillows were flat. Called for extra pillows and they stated […] they had no more; however, when I was informed no crib was available, pillows magically appeared. During our stay the mirrored closet door fell off when it was opened and landed right on my 9 month old!! The staff could have really cared less- no sense of compassion AT ALL! The pool was nasty looking- very cloudy and WAYYYY to hot- not refreshing at ll from the 90+ degree/70% humidity. Parking was a joke!! Be prepared to hike a mountain if you aren't lucky enough to get one of the very limited spaces in the back. We witnessed employees parked there on two separate occasions. They should have to park elsewhere at the convienience of the guests. We often parked back by the pool where it was covered with tons of cigarette butts--get an ashtray!!
