"It was mostly a good area not as noisy as most"

"Not your typical Baymont--one time only for me!"
This is an old conversion, and it's not very well done. Baymonts have a better overall look and feel. My room had a spa tub smack beside the bed. It was streaked with old sticky spots from the non-slip strips that had long since been removed. The remodel was done cheaply--the materials and workmanship were questionable. We had a very nice king suite with the jacuzzi tub. The tub was older older and the knobs kept falling off. However, it was still warm and the jets worked. The shower was very small. Hotel was convenient and sometimes hard to get out of due to busy traffic. Staff only made up room one time during our three day stay. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. "Convenient to attractions"
The hotel is very nice but it was a little bit old and needs to be renovated. The single elevator was an inconvenience as you have to wait long periods of time for it to get to your floor. "Could be worse, but will look for something newer."
Located on the Main Street, so everything was just short drive…nothing in walking distance really, though. Next time we’re in Branson we’ll probably look for a newer hotel on The Landing or something a little further down the road in walking distance to some shows. Our room was fairly clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. Working […] flat-screen TV, fridge, microwave, and Wi-Fi was nice. The bed was comfortable. The interior of the rooms kind of feels old. The musty smell mostly went away once we cranked the AC window unit. We had a King bed with a Jacuzzi in the room. The Jacuzzi had kind of a yellowish stained look to the bottom portion of it. We did not feel comfortable enough to use it. The hotel photos show a full shower/bath tub in the bathroom, but our room had a tiny one-person shower…seriously I think the shower on our cruise ship was bigger when we took our honeymoon. Instead of turning a knob to turn on the water, there’s a lever that sticks straight out. While turning around in the shower I accidentally bumped the lever turning the water all the way to hot and burned myself before I was able to turn the heat back down. We called the front desk to ask if there was a King sized room without a Jacuzzi and just a normal sized shower. They told us that all of the King rooms were set up the same way. "Good Location close to strip...."
Hotel is just avg. as far as I am concerned. It was right off hwy 65 and convenient to the entire strip. Parking is up hill and could be difficult for disabled people. It was quiet. "Air quality and controls are terrible."
At first we thought this hotel would work just fine for our 5 night stay. The first dissapointment was the lack of any bathroom fan. The second was the heater/air conditioner. It was virtually impossible to keep the room temperature at a comfortable level. It kept changing the temp setting on it's own and did not have a "fan only" setting which would […] have certainly helped the situation. The result? Five nights of fighting "too hot" or "too cold". The hotel was clean and conviently located. Had a nice complimentary breakfast, area was kept up, stocked and clean. The room was smaller and had a weird layout. When we first got there the pool was nice and warm. The second night it was cold. I did not like that. My grandson was so cold we couldn't play in the water very long.
