"OK for the price"
/the property looks like it has undergone renovation recently. Our room was probably not completed yet because we could see newer televisions and wall hangings in the empty rooms nearby. The first room we were given was not cleaned from the previous occupants. The desk clerk gave us a new room but no apology, no conversation. All of the staff we encountered […] were early 20s. No one greeted us, tried to carry on a conversation, offered suggestions, etc. Breakfast was cereal and drink in a tiny but cute area. It was ok for the price if you only want to sleep in the room. The area it is in is beautiful, on top of a hill overseeing the mountains.. Probably won't go back. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great no frills hotel"
The hotel could use some updates but we had a clean room everyday and friendly service. They went out of their way to meet our needs. I was traveling with two children under five and this was just what we needed. Great basic accomadations at a great price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not a super resort but a nice place to stay."
The staff at the front desk were very friendly. We were booked for a 2 bedroom condo with 1 king size bed in one room and 2 queen size beds in the second. We had stopped in early to see what time check in was and they told us they had a condo available but it only had one king bed in each room but had a fold out couch. We chose to go ahead and take […] it so we could get settled in for an early check in. Our kids took turns sleeping on the couch and the king size bed. (We have 2 teenagers, 1boy/1girl who don't like to sleep together). Wish we would have waited for the 2 queen beds because the fold out wasn't so comfortable. But we made it work. The pool was nice but super cold. Breakfast wasn't bad but not much to choose from. Only cake donuts, 2 kinds of cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and some fruit. The orange juice tasted like tang not actual orange juice. We did enjoy the mini golf and the out door picnic area a lot! We grilled out dinner 2 nights! I know a lot of people don't want to cook on vacation but our family loves to be outside and this amenity was great! Like the title says this isn't a resort but a nice place to stay. "Quite but kinda out of the way"
Was kinda shocked on how far away it was from the strip. Was told it was 2 miles to all the shows an was more like 5. When we went in to the room it kinda smelled like it had not been used for a while. We had a 2 queen bed room and one of the beds was broke. Pretty clean but a really old tv.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our room was filthy. The bathtub had a huge dirt ring and hair in it. The toilet was 'stained' on the outside where it had not been cleaned. The coffee machine was slimey on the inside from not being cleaned. There were holes in the sheets and bed spread. There was a nasty smell in the room that wouldn't go away even after we went and bought air freshener. […] Our room key quit working 2 different times. They put us on the 2nd floor even though there were rooms on the first floor available. When we called the front desk to ask for extra towels, we waited for 45 minutes and had to call to ask again. After another half an hour we finally went to the front desk to get them ourselves. The internet was very weak. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. The tv reception was terrible. Also, it is advertised as close to the strip and it was no where near it. Awful experience. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone else and will never go back. "Weekend Away from the Farm"
The rooms were clean, but they could use some renovating in the bathrooms. The staff were kind and helpful, but the breakfast was not what I expected. I prefer to have cereal that is not stale and real orange juice. I guess for the price, I cannot complain.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Breakfast was a joke and we payed for two rooms but when we checked in they were all booked so had to share a room .Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"NEEDS NEW MANAGER"
Friendly but incompetent staff and relatively clean facilities – those are the highpoints. Probably the poorest managed hotel we have ever stayed in. Minimal amenities in the room. The breakfast is on the low end of complimentary breakfasts There was one worn out toaster that never toasted my bagel and the juice machine was broken for the 4 nights we […] were there. The orange juice substitute was awful. Almost everyone that tasted it, had a strange look on their faces. To make matters worse they ran out of butter and cream cheese for three days. No one was able to go the grocery store and buy some – they had to wait for a delivery truck. The housekeeping staff was also pretty pathetic. The first morning of our stay the room was never made up. On the second day it poorly done, debris left on the table and the bed half made. They finally got it right on the 3rd morning. The house keeping staff would show up, get their carts ready and proceed to take a smoking break. The cigarette smoke and smell coming from the lower break room that it made the guest clothes washing area almost impossible to use. One of the housekeepers was on her cell phone for the whole time she cleaned a room. In a room near us one of the housekeepers was taking a nap on a newly made up room with the comforter pulled off of the pillow There are too many places to stay in Branson – avoid this one.
