"Almost a good experience"
Picked this hotel based on price, breakfast and wifi in room. Price was good, went to get voucher for breakfast and they said they were going to charge me $15. Wifi was down all night when I needed it for business.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Had a great time"
We arrived from the south. Our GPS guided us on a scenic trip across Table Rock Dam and soon to the hotel. Check in and desk help were great. Room was nice. Very comfortable beds. Nice furnishings. Every employee we came incontact was friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool or splash park, but checked them out and recommended them to our kids […] who have small children. Although located a little south of town, it was an easy drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Overall I recommend the place. Branson is a great place to go for a few days. "Welk Resort, Branson- mediocre"
This hotel was nice and clean. Things we were disappointed in- the room was very basic, and I think we could have gotten a much cheaper basic room much closer to the strip (it's a ways from the main attractions of Branson), when the outdoor pool is closed, you cannot use any other pool/hottub unless you pay extra for the 'splash a torium' pass. And […] we knew this beforehand, but breakfast is extra also. I think most hotels with these kind of rates should serve some kind of breakfast. Also, the lounge and restaurant closed at 8 on a Friday night. So when we checked in at 8:30, the lounge/restaurant was closed and we didn't have access to a hot tub or pool. But hey, it was clean! We are very sorry we could not provide you with directions to any place in Branson you want to visit. We are grateful that we are not set in the middle of the city, but are a couple of miles away, next to Lake Taneycomo, Table Rock Lake and the beautiful Ozark Mountains. We believe we are the perfect combination of a great resort: set in the natural beauty where it is quiet and relaxing, but just minutes from everything there is to do. We can provide guests with “traffic-less” directions to any place in Branson. Our Resort packages include admission to our indoor/outdoor water attraction, The Splash-A-Torium, as well as use of our resort facilities: fitness room and game room. We believe these are a great value for our guests. We hope in the future you can return and use these facilities.
