"Very noisy!!!"
Even though the place was only about 1/4 full, it seemed that guests were assigned rooms all in one section. The pounding from the guests above and listening to the voices of my " neighbors" was almost unbearable. Take your earplugs...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel Not Recommended"
The cleanliness of the hotel overall was not good. The chairs were stained. The carpet was dirty. The air conditioner did not work properly and the beds linens were not clean.Genuine Expedia guest review
We paid for 3 nights and ended up leaving because we could not sleep because the bed , sheets and pillows were so uncomfortable. The bed had a mattress pad that wadded everytime you moved. I ended up taking it off the bed the second night, but there was a yipping dog next door the second night so we got no sleep and had to go home a day earlier. The […] pillow is a foot high and hard, but the worst was the sheets are so rough, our cheeks and chins were red the next morning. The second night I used my nightgown top and wrapped my pillow so I could lay my face on it. We ate breakfast with ya'll the first morning and the bisquits were hard and cold. We found our own the next morning. Over all we spent way too much money on the room and had to leave early, so we are not really happy at all, and it was our anniversary. "Our Stay was July 23-28, 2012"
This hotel was ok. The room was clean, we liked the 3rd night free special but, the breakfast was awful, we had to go out and purchase breakfast each morning. Our room was in the back of the hotel and we were told there were no other rooms available but this was not true. The hotel must invest in microwaves and dvd players. We wanted to heat some leftovers […] from dinner and the front desk informed us we would have to pay and extra daily fee for a microwave. Charging guest extra per day for the use of a microwave was simply ridiculous to me. We also wanted to look at a movie and was told the hotel did not offer dvd players. "Dirty and Smelly Room"
Bed and Bedsheets are clean however the room is not clean enough. Carpet has lot of dirt and we faced allergy symptom when we were inside room. The bathroom has NO fan which was creating smell in the room. Pillows are so small it was difficult to have a good nite sleep. When we asked for extra pillows we were declined to provide any extra pillow. Breakfast […] was okay but it is better to carry your own plate since everything is tiny in the dining area from tables to plates.
