Guests arriving after 11 PM are asked to call the property using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking at least 48 hours prior to arrival to request a late check-in. Once identity has been confirmed, instructions will be provided as to the location of the key, unit, and map of the property. Guests are asked to check in at the front desk the next morning to fill out all necessary paperwork.
Pets weighing more than 60 pounds and aggressive dogs are not permitted. The hotel advises that guests may be asked to check out (forfeiting the remainder of their reservation) if their dog disturbs other guests by barking when left alone in the guestroom.

This was such a cute little hotel decked out in all wooden decor on the inside. It's definitely a great value find. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful and the location is close to the lake, the nice scenery, and great restaurants. "Good for the price"
The hotel was good for the price.The pool is seasonal so it was not open early May although many surrounding hotels had heated pools open. They keep strict tabs on the towels, even for pool/hot tub use they ask for room number and record how many are taken/returned. The room was small with only 1 chair. No table so we used the top of the mini fridge. […] The bed was comfortable but pillows flat. The "beach club" is shared with a number of other hotels and is essentially a small stretch that is supposedly restricted to guests. When we were there (early May) the gate was not locked and random people would come and go that were obviously not guests. The hotel is in a great location. I loved it!!! I really enjoyed the hospitality, the staff were very friendly and informative. Jacuzzi was beyond measure; It was 5 star. It was more than I expected. As soon as we checked in they upgraded our stay; they gave us an extra room. We also had a full kitchen and fireplace. I recommend this hotel. "Looks better online than it is, wouldn't rebook"
The way the rooms are setup, they have parking lots on either side of your room so you can hear car alarms, people arriving/departing constantly. The condition of the room was quite dated and the furniture was tired and worn (drawers would not open easily, etc). There were two TV's but only one DVD player which I had to move for the kids to use. The […] sofa bed was terrible, with one of those awfull (I hesitate to call it a mattress) thin mattresses with the springs poking through . . .. my kids chose the floor instead. The kitchen was awkward to use and not well appropriated. The pool was closed for the winter, which was not reflected in the Hotel.com description. The club house was nice and had a pool table and there was a large spa available. The staff at the front desk was friendly and houskeeping did a good job. The free wifi was appreciated. We had upgraded for a small charge to a suite. We were very surprised at the size and features in the room. "Surprisingly quaint"
Don't be fooled by the name "resort and beach club." It is basically a motel but a really sweet one with fresh modern design in the lobby and cozy rooms. They have coffee, filtered water, a pool table at the lobby. A discount with the offsite ski rental place. The rooms have memory foam beds, some with fireplaces (can buy wood), nice smelling shampoo […] and stuff. The bathroom it self is a little chincy but clean and the towels were good. The location was 2 blocks down from the powder house rental place, loads of shopping and the heavenly gondola. You can leave your car in the lot and walk to everything. We had a wonderful time! Hotel is within walking distance of the Casinos, the Lake, and the Heavenly Gondola. Plus lots of great restaurants close by. Hotels.com charges me an additional mystery $1 fee and 3 peaks a myster $6 fee. Why the fees? Why no explanation? Why am I surprised by additional fees in CA.
