"Good staff but hotel needs a make over"
Upon arrival I was blown away at the fact that I needed pay for parking at the hotel of $26 dollars a night, pricey and should be included with the hotel especially because people have to drive to it. Staff was pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable about the area and sights to see. Amenities well there are no complementary extras at the hotel, forget […] toothpaste or a razor have fun wasting more money on that. The pool heated pool was chill for a summer night and brought more worry than relaxation, with excessive unsupervised kids in the pool being thrown into the air to land in a 4-foot deep end. The water of the pool felt slimly leaving individuals to run back to the hotel room and shower immediately with very poor quality shampoo and conditioner. The lighting and colors of the hotel were dreary the extra padded hallways felt appalling and stressful to walkthrough. While the beds were very firm the comfortable pillows and toppers made it enjoyable and felt like the only quality investment of the hotel. The walls were also a little thin making the ability to hear kids screaming at all hours of the night and morning. The room could also be a tad bit bigger to reduce the feeling of being right on top of a partner you may take with you. Also ensure that the dishes in your kitchen are clean prior to having a drink of water or coffee. "Well located and very confortable"
I stayed 3 nights for a conference in a neighbor hotel and enjoyed my room and the outside hot tubs. The only thing I would critic is that the hotel does not have a restaurant for breakfast. It has a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker though.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
