We were scheduled to stay 6 nights with a non-cancellation booking. Due to an unexpected death in the family we had to leave 2 nights earlier than... expected. We called Hotels.com and in return they called Hilton Garden Inn and talked with Seth the manager. Seth was remarkable and said we could cancel our 2 nights with no fees. Thank you Seth!
