"Good for DIA convenience"
The lobby area is nicely done but the rest of the hotel is outfitted in lower quality furnishing and finishes. Our room was dirty in places and the HVAC unit was really loud. It is located right by the bed and disturbed our sleep when on during the night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very nice rooms, awful service."
Upon arriving the hotels system was down so I waited 15 mins only to not get a key and had to be let in by room service, when I returned from dinner, I had to again wait to be let into my room. The next day when returning, the front desk had checked me into a different room in their system, so when again I asked to be let into my room, or to get a key, […] she insisted my things were in a different room..... Not believing me, she made me a room key for the wrong room and insisted I go check to see if my things were in there. Finally, she followed me to the room I told her I slept in and then when seeing my things she apologized " for not believing me". Very unprofessional and inconvenient. Room was very nice and clean. "Good value and very close to Dulles Airport"
We stayed one night because of travel plans. Overall the hotel was fine, well priced and among the closest to the airport. Best points: free wifi, free airport shuttle, laundry room, and the hotel bar/restaurant food was decent and reasonably priced. Worst points: there are never enough power outlets in the room for the number of devices we travel with, […] and the AC unit was quite noisy when it cycled on. I had a two day stay. I left out at 11:30 a.m. and returned at 4:30 p.m. to find the room in the same condition as I left it. Overall it was fine, I do not eat breakfast, but my husband said it was the best "free" breakfast he had ever seen. Check in was a little slow, only one person checking in, we arrived a bit after seven pm. Room and bathroom clean, except there was a dirty tissue on the floor, kinda under the bed. "The hotel sierra near dulles airport"
This was my first stay at this hotel... When I arrived, and entered my room, I noticed there wasn't a microwave or mini refr, which was something I requested when I booked the room. The front desk clerk made the exception and provided me with a room that had what I requested. Once entering that room, my partner and I noticed that there bed linen had […] not been changed (hair all over the sheets). I brought the concern the the front desk clerk, who once again provide my partner and I with another room. This room was perfect...clean linen and bathroom. I will say that although my partner and I had a rocky experience with the hotel in the beginning... The friendly staff resolved each concern quickly. Shuttle bus from Dulles airport: We called the hotel for the shuttle bus to take us to the hotel. We were told the bus would be there for us in 10 minutes. We waited outside in the scorching heat until it arrived one hour and 15 minutes later. We made 5 calls in between only to be tolld to hold the line indefinitely. "Rent a car if you stay here"
The hotel itself is very nice. It has an outdoor pool, basketball court and tennis court. There is a bar, restaurant and small convenience store located downstairs. The rooms are set up like studio apartments. Even though it's one room, it has a separate sleeping area, living area and kitchen area. The decor is very modern. The bedroom and living room […] areas are quite stylish. The kitchen is well appointed with full size fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher and stove-top. A full set of dishes, utensils, paper towels, dish towel, dishwasher detergent, etc is included. Flat screen TVs and Ipod clock radios are also in the rooms.
