Room was over hotel door that sounded like a bomb going off outside whenever someone let it slam shut. Very difficult to sleep. The decor in this place is amazing! I felt like I was in Italy.

Nice place long time ago. Now very outdated. Friendly staff. Breakfast typical crummy eggs and typical choices. Good sausage. Rooms are nice just very outdated so you could tell the rug was old. Our room was not level either, had an uneven floor that my wife kept tripping on. Checked other rooms though and no others had that.

Breakfast is fair. Eggs are rubbery 1/2 the time. Food stations are very spread out. Hotel lobby and breakfast area are chilly as is the restaurant bar area.

I tend to stay in Marriotts for the points but at this price I did not see the need to spend much more for the marriott and this looked good in the reviews. The place looks fancy and really expected more in service, the internet never worked right, the phone in the room never work (to call the front desk) further more when complained it never got fixed. The Chair in the room was broken. It was real disappointment.

I was just in for one night and was unable to hook into wifi in my room. Though the ad said they had it, when I was there they told me that it was not in all rooms and they weren't sure which rooms had it and which didn't. the La Quinta next door may have been a better choice. The decor was outdated (mirrored walls, mirrored headboard) and the room was too dim even with all the lights on. The large green & gold jacuzzi tub that was in the bedroom dripped water non-stop. The mini fridge in my room was not cleaned from the previous guest. It had spilled chocolate & old yogurts inside. The room service food provided huge portions […] but not good quality. My room smelled like cigarettes (supposedly a non-smoking room). When a large family group arrived at midnight on my first night, they were obnoxiously loud in the hallway for over 40 mins. I finally asked them to keep it down but when they finally got into their rooms (next to me and across the hall) it wasn't much better...the sound-proofing between rooms was non-existent. I could hear them talking as if they were in my room. The entire time the hotel staff seemed a little too preocuppied talking amongst themselves rather than interested in assisting guests. The room was quite nice with a big Jacuzzi in a corner. Shower was a bit cumbersome to work. The major drawback is that there is no restaurant in the hotel, it is a mile or so away. Overall, a nice hotel and the jacuzzi made it for us.

Very relaxing hotel. Breakfast is served in a very large, quiet area. Decent variety with china, silverware and cloth napkins - no plastic ware or plates! 2 available computers with printer actually have functional software and work!

Good clean hotel - visited twice so far - recommend not spending the extra for a jaccuzzi for business trip - save the indulgence for a romantic get - a - way. Good breakfast - large quiet seating area. Business center is great - in the lobby but relaxed.

This was my first stay at this hotel and I am planning on staying here again in January. I called the hotel and they ran the shuttle over to the airport to get me. Check in and check out was a breeze. The breakfast was very good. The location is very convenient to the airport. The bar closes at 11 and I arrived at 11:04 so I could not grab a nightcap. […] The rooms have minibars but they are phasing these outs so they really do not have anything in them. Completely geared towards the "romantic getaway" crowd. Seems like every room has the jacuzzi tub in the same room as the bed. Nice rooms with large walk in shower. Great decor throughout; however carpets in main hallways could use some updating.

When you travel to Buffalo, New York you don't expect to find a hotel that rivals some you would find in Vegas or New York but that is what we found at the Garden Place. Upon leaving the lobby to head to our room we were in awe of an amazingly beautiful courtyard that offered complimentary coffees and iced teas. Our room, a King Jacuzzi suite was well […] appointed with an incredibly comfortable bed, comfortable furnishings and well appointed amenities including a beverage center with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The bathroom included a walk in shower and temperature controlled shower. My wife's only dissapointment was the lack of hair conditioner. She got over it quickly. Breakfast in the morning was equally pleasant and unexpected and served in the courtyard. Eggs, sausage, french toast, all kinds of pastries and muffins, chilled juices, milk, coffee and cappucino and more. All was served on china plates with silver utensils. Don't bother looking for the garbage can, they bus your tray after you are done. If you are going anywhere in Western New York, this IS the place to stay. We will definitely be back. Read more

I read the reviews before booking at this hotel. I saw a few negative comments but most were strong. Here is my experience. Mattress was old and lumpy, EXtremely uncomfortable and less then acceptable. Breakfast was about as bad as it gets. Bacon and scrambled eggs were cold tasteless, worse I have ever seen. i needed a shuttle service to airport for 4:30 am due to early flight but hotel shuttle service starts at 6am so i ended up incurring extra charges for taxi to airport and was charged a flat rate way beyond my budget..too inconveinent for my liking.

When checking out of the hotel, I left my cell phone in my room. I called the hotel from the airport and Wayne promptly offered to have the shuttle driver bring my phone to me--now that is service!! I will always stay at this hotel when flying out of Buffalo International Airport.

L'hotel typiquement américain avec grandes chambres... Style de l'hotel TRES décoré, voir kitsch, et un peu vieillissant. Propre tout de même. Situation près de l'aéroport, en dehors de la ville, nécessite une voiture pour être indépendant. Mais ils ont une navette pour transfer à l'aéroport.
