I would stay here again. the location is wonderful. close to shopping centers. I had no problem checking in and the staff was very friendly. my rooms was as i expected. very roomy and comfy bed with lots of pillows. loved it!!

This hotel is a great price for a nice clean hotel room that is extremely close to Fort Hood. You can call Cove Taxi and they will come pick you up, for less than 20 bucks you can go to the base. The hotel is right next to a lot of shopping so that's nice too if you're there for awhile. The internet was fast and the room was great. No complaints.

I was very pleased with the quality of the accommodations at the Sleep Inn in Killeen. The room, lobby and facilities were clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the breakfast acceptable. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning. The attendant was alert, very pleasant & courteous, and he provided great customer service. Breakfast was good; waffles, eggs, sauage, pancakes, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. Our room was very clean, the bathroom was very large and sanitary. I have already made plans to come back next year (annual church […] conference). Some of our friends stayed at the Hilton Garden Hotel and they had to pay for breakfast and had some service issues. We chose the Sleep Inn based of of the reviews. We were told to avoid the Shilo Inn as well (one of our pastors had to take out their own trash and didnt have any A/C in their room). The bed was firmer than what I am used to, but not so firm that I lost any sleep. Read more

We stayed 2 nights over Thanksgiving visiting our daughter at Fort Hood. We had a great stay! Rooms were large, restroom was large and everything was very clean! The hotel is fairly new. HEB and Wal-Mart is close by, along with alot of restaurants to choose from. For the price, you cannot beat this hotel!

It was a very pleasant stay. In Killeen only for a night, passing through to go to Galveston. From check-in to checkout, it was flawless. Room was very clean. Heard a little noise from another room for about two minutes, then it stopped. Overall; we got an excellent rate, clean room and everything worked like it should.

The room and sheets were very clean, and the service was quick and polite. Close to the freeway. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower. A little light, but strong enough to do the job, I guess.

I've stayed here twice. Very affordable. No problems with check-in. Clean room and bathroom, cold AC, breakfast from 6-9am. HEB grocery behind hotel along with a few fast food restaurants. My only complaint would be that the beds are not very comfortable. Would stay here again.

All the staff were extremely friendly to me and to everyone. The free breakfast changed daily and was of high quality - there was also plenty of it! There were lots of Military at the hotel (probably because the word is out) that they go out of their way to help. I witnessed many times how they assisted those looking for a room and obtaining lodging […] for them elsewhere when the hotel was full. They were ever friendly and ever helpful. It was so quiet in the hotel that for three days I thought we were the only ones on our floor. A big plus is all the retail stores and restaurants of all stripes, either with-in walking distance, or a short car ride. Access is easy off and easy on a major highway; there is no highway noise. When we were checking in there was a new girl and she proceeded to tell us the amount we were giong to be charged. I had to explain several times we already paid thru hotels.com. She insisted we did not pay and I had to leave a credit card so she could charge us for. After much frustration and traveling al day I just gave up[ and gave her my cred card. […] When she was scanning it she then said it was declined for what ever reason. I called the card services and they said it was not. So I hten gave another card I had on me which went thru. I was frustrated and tired and so angry. Then next moring I spoke with the manager abouth this and he said she did not look in the correct place to see I had already paid and that both my cards were charged and that he was woprking on crediting them back. For all that I went thru I felt I should had at least received a credit so somethong but nothing. I do like the location of the hotel and eating restaurants nearby. This is a new hotel, so has all the accommodations you will need. Hot breakfast items change daily, so that was nice since we were there for 6 days. My only note is that the mattresses are very firm, so if you like a firm mattress, you will sleep well! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Killeen.

Very friendly staff. Asked for an extra blanket & a couple more pillows without incident. Clean rooms. No odors. Great shower pressure. Loved the big closet with doors to hide your clothes and plenty of room inside to store things we bought. Plenty of food for breakfast with a different menu every day. Grocery & Pharmacy within walking distance along […] with restaurants. Microwave heated food good, no issues with temperature or taking too long. Fridge kept food and beverages good & cold.
