"Nice for a quick stay"
This was a great hotel to stay in for a day or two. It was clean and conveniently located in the city and only a short distance from the airport. I stayed in 3 different hotels during this trip. This hotel was close in price, but best overall accommodations for comfort and cleanliness. The room was fresh, clean, had a flat screen TV, and coffee maker. No fridge, microwave or continental b-fast. We were on second floor. The elevator was "scary": Thumped and bumbed. Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Nice Flat screen TV but no channel listing found. There was a big Cross Country running event going on Fridat and Saturday, so lobby was full Saturday morning. My wife put grits in her bowl for breakfast but then could find no water […] in the jug. "Great value for the price"
We had a clean room with no odor or stale smell that others have complained about. I understand that this is a pet-friendly hotel, and that pets can create a cleanliness problem, but we didn't experience it. Loved the high quality bed linens...they must have been new. The hotel room seemed old, but very, very clean. That's what matters most to us. Thank you. "Very close to FSU"
I thought the hotel was very clean, however when I woke up I felt an itch on my head and a bug fell off my head onto the bed. That was very discomforting. I think that could happen anywhere though. I would still stay in another La Quinta if needed. On the other hand, it's very close to FSU and on the main road near restaurants. We went to Olive Garden […] to eat which was about 5 minutes away.
