""House Cleaning" No Show!"
Stayed here before but this night was sadly different! Room was filthy; no face clothes; on the first floor (Rm 122) and could hear and feel the people above walking about; room smelled funny; breakfast was good!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Larkspur"
I had very high hopes for this hotel but I was extremely disappointed. The rooms were not bad if you can get past the unattractive corridor but it is extremely small as well as the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. You can't put a feather topper on a bad mattress and call it good. The television was awesome. The outdoor seating areas were very […] nice as well as the pool area. To get the quality rest that a trip to Mill Valley requires, our guestrooms feature specially designed signature feather born bed. Developed and designed exclusively for our hotels, it's outfitted with crisp, high thread count sheets, a quilted down comforter, a premium duvet cover and a selection of delightful pillows: polyester, down, and down/polyester surround. We realize there are many options when deciding on a hotel. We only hope that you will give our hotel another try to show you our true hospitality.
"Never again!"
Not a bad location...however the room and beds were horrible. There was water damage to the ceiling and a sort of patch job. The beds were like sleeping on box springs, and our phone did not work in our room...you could only use it on speakerphone. I won't stay here again. Hope this helps!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not impressive"
The Hotel was far away from Sausalito downtown as well as the hotel was not having the basic on-demand TV. The internet connection was very very poor.Genuine Expedia guest review

As an alternative to on-demand movies, we offer a DVD collection of over nearly 100 titles for your use on your in room DVD player with 42" flat screen TV. We were surprised by your poor internet connection as our free to guest system is new and generally reliable. We will continue to look into this with our 24 hour support for connectivity. "Disappointed"
We've stayed at a few Larkspur Landings and have really liked them, but this property is not up to the same standard of quality. It used to be an old Holiday Inn and it shows. Very mildewy, some of the room doors had holes in them from when they changed the locks, our ground level patio door was unlocked in the middle of the night when we got there, […] no coffee in the lobby after breakfast time... we were not impressed at all.
