"Positives & Negatines"
Positives: The hotel is fairly new and clean and close to mall & restaurants. Negatives: The windows have no blinds and you can't sleep daytime, the heater is very noisy and it rattles when it's on. The walls are so thin and we could hear the housekeeping knocking on doors and vaccuming. The elevators kept breaking down. Not expected from a Hillton […] hotel. "Decent Hotel Stay"
For the most part our stay was enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our accomadations were for the most part comfortable. But there were some down sides. We were frustrated that the spa heater was not turned on the first evening we stayed. After a long drive we had been looking forward to it...We spoke to the staff and they did […] get it turned on for the next day...Also, our room temp was difficult to regulate.
