"Nice"

Air conditioning did not work well at all. The room was clean, bigger than average and right next to the place I was headed, Cowboys Stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful. The malfunctioning air conditioner ruined what would have been a great stay. The room was too hot to sleep in.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel itself was overall in good condition. On the web, they say that their beds are adjustable...when we first arrived the beds were hard as a rock so we turned them down to soft. We left for a few hours and had some dinner then came back to get ready about 3 hours later. The beds were still very HARD. Thats really the only downside that I found […] with the hotel. I had read online that some people had said the bathrooms were a bit small, which was true, but not that big of an issue for me. The pool was a bit dirty, almost like it had not been filtered for a few days, so that was a turn off. I didnt look at the hot tub, but saw a few people in it one night so I guess it couldnt have been too bad. Overall, not a bad experience, but for me, I need a softer bed. Hotel is two years old and in excellent condition. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is overpriced unless it is included in your rate. There are many kids in the summer months due to the theme parks nearby. However, we did not have a problem with noise after 10 P.M. Would stay again depending on rate.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"It was just OK."
I wasn't very impressed with this hotel. I booked 2 rooms and they couldn't even get them together. They were way on the other ends of the hall. The bed wasn't very comfortable either. Don't plan on eating breakfast there...it wasn't very good and it is pretty pricey. We wanted to swim before we checked out but the pool didn't open until 9 AM and it […] was FREEZING cold on top of that. "Nice Hotel"
Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Not too much in walking distance - a few restaurants. Close to Cowboys Stadium and Rangers stadium, so if you are going for football or baseball, it is a short cab ride ($15).
