The management at this hotel did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, and it was. However, the pool was not heated and judging by the stale water, I would say it's been a while since it worked. They sent us to a nearby hotel to swim. Very nice, just not convenient. They even bought us pizza for our trouble. They really did try to make it […] right. There was something brown and sticky on the floor by our bed. Looked like old pudding. I really like the hotel atmosphere. It has an indoor pool which was very nice. "Close to my grandbaby"
Reason for staying was so I could bring my pet, and appreciated the patio extension w room. The room itself was very comfortable and large. My only negative comment is a large cockroach in my shower and the hallway door to outside was not accomodating to entrance w hotel card. The price was great and will likely stay again.
