Great staff and the only down side is there's just one elevator and it was allways being used ( my room wad on the top floor ,4th and it was way faster to take the stairs lol)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel is an older Days Inn and it showed. The room was clean, but the heating was outdated. We were just across the street from the event we had booked, so that was wonderful. We simply walked to the event. I did have a problem with the information the desk clerk gave us when we checked in, I had to ask again for the refrigerator and I had to ask […] how to call the elevator. The buttons on the elevator are not marked. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

The only good thing about this hotel was the location (rt across from cowboys stadium). They hotel wasn't dirty but it was in need of an update. Especially for the price they were charging guests. We didn't have hot water on the last morning of our stay and the walls were super thin. You had to go to the front desk to get an iron and ironing board bc […] they said they couldn't be left in the room. As far as a refrigerator you could pay $5 and have one brought to your room. The parking lot was very clear about not being responsible for any break in's to vehicles. Definitely not a safe hotel for a trip with children. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Dissapointed"
We stayed here because it was close to cowboy stadium but we would have been better off staying farther away and taking a shuttle or even a cab to the game. They advertised free parking online but when we got there we had to pay more to park at the hotel than we would have paid for a cab from Dallas or Fort Worth. The walls were paper thin so you could […] hear EVERYTHING. There was no thermostat in the room and the blanket was about as thin as a sheet so I froze all night. Also the water temperature in the shower was very erratic and went from ice cold to scalding hot and then back to cold. I do not recommend staying here at all. Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for taking time to comment. We are sorry for this guest experience and that the guest is upset at the parking fee. On our websites, it is well displayed that there is "free parking except during Cowboys Games or special event at Cowboys Stadium when parking fee will be charged." We apologize that this guest appears to have missed the notice. All the business in the immediate vicinity of the Cowboys Stadium charges for parking. We do have a parking package which would include one event parking pass if you stay at least two consecutive nights around the event. All our walls are insulated cinder block type of construction. We do not have any records in December 2012 of guest having reported the temperature and hot water issue during the stay; otherwise, the staff would have worked hard to make guest comfortable and address all issues while the guest was still at the hotel. Nevertheless, we have checked all rooms for temperature and hot water issue and made repairs, if needed.

"From Georgetown TX"
We spent the night on a Friday night of the UIL State high school playoffs. The staff was friendly and it is easy to walk across the street to Cowboys stadium. The room was clean and comfy and everything was in working order. It is an older motel that has been upgraded so don't expect a whole lot. It fit the bill for what we were looking for. It is […] convenient to hundreds of restaurants around the stadium area and also for shopping. We would stay there again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not a great hotel."
The odor in the hotel was more than we could stand. The desk person said it was something the owners used because it is pleasing for their nationality. Our room didn't smell that way, it was clean and comfortable. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to my friends. Days Inn could afford to build a new hotel at that location because […] of the business they could get from Cowboy Stadium if the hotel was newer and more pleasing on the drive-by. It's within walking distance of the stadium. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for taking time to comment. We are glad that the guest found that our location was perfect for Cowboys Stadium. We apologize that the guest was not used to the room deodorizer the hotel uses. All our rooms are cleaned, disinfected and deodorized regularly. Sometimes, the housekeeper might use an Air Wick product with its many lines of collection such as harmony with cherry blossom. Please inform the desk clerk if you are uncomfortable with anything in the room and they will work very hard to make your stay comfortable. Thanks,

Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for taking time to comment. We are excited that the guest found the hotel to be close to where he was going, hotel is near many restaurants, hotel is across from Cowboys Stadium and few blocks from ballpark and convention center, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for taking time to comment. We are glad the guest found our price to be great and that he enjoyed walking up to the Cowboys Stadium. The rooms on the Stadium side are our rooms with two new pillowtop queen beds with new furnishings, seating, decor, lighting, carpeting, carpet pad, drapes and bed skirts. These rooms have Stadium view and they do cost more but you do get more. The Hotel is walking distance to Texas Rangers Ballpark in Arlington and within approx 1 mile to Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor water park, Arlington Convention Center, and UTA.
"CHEATED...so sad"
What a waste of money...This turn of the century hotel will offend. The hallway wreaked and the room smelled of cigarettes and general funk. We were staying for the Cowboys game and were told upon arrival that although we were paying a good sum for the room that we had to pay an additional fortybucks for parking. The owner said that we were welcome […] to stay and not pay for parking but that our vehicle would be towed. The place is way dated and small...did i mention that they charged us fortybucks to park plus the room?!?!? I feel cheated. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for her comment regarding the parking fee. Around Stadium, all businesses manage their parking lots during events. As parking is limited at the Stadium, all parking spaces around the Stadium are used. Unmanaged parking lots are quickly filled by visitors and in our case that would cause our guests to be unable to park. Because of the extra costs associated with managing the parking lots - such as insurance, maintenance, added property taxes, annual City license fees and labor costs, all businesses around Stadium have to charge for parking during events. Parking fee is not unusual. Hotels next to Houston Convention Center and Toyota Center (a Sports Venue/Stadium and Concert Venue) charge for parking. Hotel next to Arlington Convention Center also charges for parking. And most, if not all, Hotels on San Antonio's Riverwalk also charge for parking. In fact, there are other examples where Hotels located in close vicinity to venues or attractions that draw lots of visitors charge for parking. Visitors who like to be next to the venue or attraction usually do not mind paying for the convenience. Others on tighter budget do not mind staying further away and having to deal with the traffic. We should point out that those visitors who chose to drive in to the attractions will also end up having to pay for parking as well and sometimes they may be unlucky and find no parking spaces at all. To help deliver value to our guests who need parking, we have a parking package that includes the parking for guests staying two or more consecutive nights around events at the Cowboys Stadium. Finally, we also have regular guests who fly in, take a Taxi, and avoid any parking fee.

Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for taking time to write his review. We apologize for the mechanical problem. Due to the mechanical nature of some items, breakdowns happen from time to time. If it should happen while you are in the unit, just contact the front desk and they will either have the problem fixed or move you to another room. This guest stayed in our room with two double beds. These rooms along with the room with one double beds have standard number of outlets. The rooms with two queen beds are equipped with extra outlets. We are glad that overall he has a good stay. We thank this guest for his time.
"Do not recommend"
Not good for the price! Youre paying for location only!Genuine Expedia guest review
Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for taking time to write his review. We work hard to make sure that our hotel is competitively priced compared to similarly located hotel and to deliver value to our guests. There are times during the calendar when the prices for Arlington hotel rooms are higher due to high demand for certain special events or ballgames. If price is a concern, try to come during off peak times. To deliver a quality stay, our hotel has recently invested large capital expenditures in the replacement of all beds, bedframes, carpet, carpet padding, drapes, bed skirts, bed throws, new furnitures (in queens & suite), lights (in queens & suite), decorations (in queens & suite), seatings (in queens & suite), and state of art HVAC equipment. We thank this guest for his time.
"Close to all must see sights"
We came to attend Glenn Beck's "Restoring Love." We really appreciated the fact we were right across the street from Cowboy Stadium. Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for her reply. We are glad this guest appreciated the fact the hotel is right across the street from Cowboys Stadium and she was able to also attend a Texas Rangers game at the Texas Rangers Ballpark within walking distance to the hotel. From time to time, it is possible that the guest from the night before may have smoked in the room even though they were aware of the hotel's -non smoking policy and our housekeeper in the rush of things was unable to remove all the smoking odor. If that is the case when you are here, please just inform our front desk and they will move you to another room. Our hotel regularly deodorize all rooms and also uses ionizer machine to remove smoke odor. Additionally, to minimize smoke odor, all our rooms' carpeting, carpet padding, drapes, and bed throws and bed skirts were all replaced recently. Our staff is happy that this guest found her room to be quite comfortable and her stay to be quite pleasant. We thank this guest for her time.

"Not Luxurious, But Just Fine"
This is not a luxury hotel, but it is a good place to stay, especially for attending events at the Cowboys Stadium just across the street. "Location makes this one good."
My first impression was that I had made a mistake. The room looked fairly shabby and uncomfortable, but after WALKING to the Ranger's ballpark I realized that I had made a decent choice. The shabby feel to the room is a low price to pay when you consider the location of this hotel. I was literally within 300 yards of Cowboy stadium and 1400 yards from […] Ranger's ballpark. "Great for bigger Families."
We had two connecting rooms which is very nice for a family with three kids. The beds are very constable. The kids loved the outdoor pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful; if a "problem" accurse they react very promptly to resolve the problem. We loved the waffles on the breakfast buffet, but I would have preferred a little bit more freshness […] otherwise. The trolley service from the hotel to the attractions is great and very comfy. We will definitely go back to Days Inn on our next trip. It's very affordable and a good quality for the price. Stores and good places to eat a close by. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

The location of this hotel could not have been better. Right between Dallas and Fort Worth, and within walking distance of the Cowboys Stadium (Unless its 114 degrees there like it was when I was there). Will not stay here again. Location is great but rooms are uncomfortable. Breakfast area is very small. Asked for extra blankets at 9pm did not get anything until 11:45pm by then everyone was asleep and we got woken up at almost midnight.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for his business and for taking the time to write this review. We apologize for what he experienced. This guest stayed in our room with one double bed and these rooms are smaller. For larger room, we recommend booking our rooms with two Double XL beds or two Queen beds. Our front desk staff would have asked him if he wanted to upgrade his room had he notified our front desk that he was uncomfortable. Our breakfast area is in our lobby and we recommend coming to breakfast early to avoid the crowd. Lastly, our records show that a large group checked in after his request for extra blanket and we are sorry we were not able to deliver the blanket immediately. The staff did follow up and brought him what he had requested after having checked in the large group. We have put in a new procedure to give guest the choice to come down to lobby to pick up any requested items if the front desk gets busy all the sudden and are unable to deliver the requested item right away. We just completed refreshing all our rooms with new pillowtop beds and carpeting and our rooms should be much more comfortable now. We thank this guest for his time.
