The Hotel has done extensive updating in the guest comfort areas. These areas are less visible but have the most impact on the comfort of our guests. During the last two years, we have replaced all the beds and bed frames with high pillowtop beds and special metal frames that offers extra support. For the comfort of our guest, we also replaced all the carpets and carpet pads, drapes, bed skirts, and bed throws. For the extra sizzling Texas summer weather, we have nearly doubled our cooling capacity by supplementing our air conditioning equipment with state of the art and environmental friendly air conditioning equipment. For the safety of our guests, we have also modernized our elevator equipment and installed all new elevator controller,safeties, pump, and wiring. And our updating is still on-going.

Due to the mechanical nature of some items, breakdowns happen from time to time. If it should happen while you are in the unit, just contact the front desk and they will either have the problem fixed or move you to another room. This guest stayed in our room with two double beds. These rooms along with the room with one double beds have standard number of outlets. The rooms with two queen beds are equipped with extra outlets. We are glad that overall he has a good stay. We came to attend Glenn Beck's "Restoring Love." We really appreciated the fact we were right across the street from Cowboy Stadium. We are glad this guest appreciated the fact the hotel is right across the street from Cowboys Stadium and she was able to also attend a Texas Rangers game at the Texas Rangers Ballpark within walking distance to the hotel. From time to time, it is possible that the guest from the night before may have smoked in the room even though they were aware of the hotel's -non smoking policy and our housekeeper in the rush of things was unable to remove all the smoking odor. If that is the case when you are here, please just inform our front desk and they will move you to another room. Our hotel regularly deodorize all rooms and also uses ionizer machine to remove smoke odor. Additionally, to minimize smoke odor, all our rooms' carpeting, carpet padding, drapes, and bed throws and bed skirts were all replaced recently. Our staff is happy that this guest found her room to be quite comfortable and her stay to be quite pleasant. We thank this guest for her time.

Upon arrival my room key didn't work, and when maintenance got me in, I wished I hadn't. The curtains have been stripped from the windows and the rods were against the wall. Towels were on the floor. Hopefully, he will find our bed to be both soft and firm from now on. Regarding breakfast, it is usually better to come to breakfast early so you can have the widest selection. On a daily basis, we set up our all you can eat breakfast, which includes hot Belgian waffles, based on the number of people we have staying with us. But come early because our guests are the very hungry type...

All of the higher rated hotels in this area were booked when I was making reservations. This hotel was close to "The Ballpark" which is why we chose it. However, it is in a questionable neighborhood and the rooms and furnishings were old but clean enough. We just needed a place to sleep overnight, so for our purposes, it was acceptable. We regret his room had a slight smell from being close to a smoking room and that the vending machine was almost completely sold out. Had he contacted the front desk regarding being sensitive to the smoking smell, out staff would have worked very hard to please him by moving him to another room or to smoke free floor. Our vending machines are refilled on a weekly or twice a week basis, he must have seen it after a large group stayed with us and before its regular refill schedule. We have reviewed our records and we do not have any comments from guests while at our property that the bed was hard and that there was a problem with the hot water. We have found that bed hardness is very personal. Some like softer beds, others like the comfort of our new queen size quilted pillow top beds, while others prefer our firmer beds. We regret that this guest was inconvenienced but had the guest contacted our staff, they would have tried very hard to please her. We have contacted our engineers regarding the hot water issue in her room and it has been addressed. "Not stellar"
Well after a check in that lasted over an hour, we got to our room. The hour delay in check in was because of the slow front desk and volume of people checking in. Our door knob was broken when we finally got a room. Then we had to stand in line again to get a replacement.. Hard boxy beds and a slightly absorbent towels were waiting for us. The night […] we stayed the hotel was charging $65 for parking in the lot. That caught a lot of people by surprise. Some that came to this economy hotel could not afford it and had to stay elsewhere. The redeeming feature of this hotel is it's perfect location across the street from Dallas Cowboy Stadium. It is Spartan. Soap crumbled the first time out of the paper. Hot water was plentiful, but when it is 106F out, there is not much demand. Breakfast was Folgers coffee and some muffins. No fruit. We regret that check-in was slow, and that apparently he was surprised by the parking fee. Our parking is normally free except during Cowboys games or special events. We have ensured that all our sites are displaying a disclaimer about any possible parking fees. Due to the proximity of our parking lot to Cowboys Stadium, we have the added expenses and liabilities of policing our parking lot during Cowboys games or special events; otherwise, our lot will be full of cars belonging to event attendees seeking to avoid having to pay the Cowboys Stadium parking fees which varies from $75 to over $150 per car during Cowboys games and our guests will not have any parking spaces left. Please check with property for parking fee amount as it may vary. Regarding slow check-in, we have add new staff to handle the volume but we recommend checking in as close to check-in time as possible and not wait until last minutes to check-in when our volume is the highest. We have recently refreshed all our Stadium view rooms with new carpeting, furnitures, and new queen size Serta PerfectSleeper Diamond Suite pillow top beds. We are currently the closest Hotel to the new Cowboys Stadium and we hope our proximity to this sports venue along with being walking distance to Rangers Ballpark and a mile from Six Flags Over Texas will add value and convenience to our guests.
