"convenient but not great at checkin"
Room was not ready and staff wanted us and another pair of guest to sit and wait even though it was well after their posted check-in time. Finally decided to try to shift rooms around when we questioned the wait. Room was okay but bathroom was tiny.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Place- Close to Verizon Theatre/Six Flags"
We decided to stay at this Wyndham Property because it was close to the Verizon Wireless Theater for the Mike Epps Concert. We did not interact with the hotel staff at all, except for check in and check out but I must the staff was very nice and prompt with check in and check out. They had a free breakfast but we did not take advantage of this amenity. […] The room was very clean and matched the hotel pictures that are on the hotel's site! No flat screens but regular TV's with a lot of cable channels. Nice Kitchen, with ice maker refrigerator. Living area had PULL OUT SOFA if you have Kids. (we had one bedroom). The only thing negative I would say is that the bathroom was super small. You have to stand in the shower to close the bathroom door in order to take a shower...other than that this was a nice place to stay. Huge walk in closet with Iron and Board. Blow dryer and plenty of cubby space. I am frequent traveler and I am big on giving feedback with details. Is this a luxury property, No, but it isn't a low end either. The price is very nice and it is a great place to stay with a great budget in mind..It's like having your own apartment. They even have elevators to the floors. I would recommend this property as it is literally down the street from Cowboy Stadium, Six Flags, Verizon Theatre, and Ripley's Museum. I would recommend this hotel. Also, if you are first time user with Hotels.com, be at ease. They take care of their customers and thrive on customer service. "Friendly Staff. Very Nice."
I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpful attitude of the hotel staff. The room was very nice, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The free hot breakfast was very good. The location is very close to Cowboys Stadium, Ranger's Ballpark and some very nice restaraunts. No complaints whatsoever. I would definately stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
