"Close to West Point"
The only reason I did not give 5 all the way around as the key cards kept malfunctioning - had to keep returning to desk to have reprogrammed only to have it happen over and over. "Good hotel"

The hotel was a good family choice. Nice pool area and hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff at check in was friendly and helpful. We needed to find out about ordering in. "Hampton Inn Newburgh - hard to find"
We enjoyed out stay at this Hampton Inn and found its standards just as high as other Hampton Inns. However, it was difficult to find. Our GPS wouldn't accept the address and we wandered for a long time. The entrance isn't obvious and if someone hadn't warned us that it is not at the front of the property, we wouldn't have noticed.
