"The Hampton Inn in Newburgh"
First the hotel managers and service staff were excellen and polite under poor conditions. I arrived to find NO HEAT, called and a reset was performed, left, came back 6 hours later NO HEAT!. Second service NO HEAT. Finally a new room. Understanding a snow storm makes things difficult. BUT I explained I had a heart condition and would pay staff to […] dig us out. I was told that I should contact desk 1 hour before I needed to depart. When I did so I was told the crew was busy somewhere else but they did leave their shovel. So I shoveled myself out.
