"Clean, Quiet and Great Value for that area."
I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are all very nice and clean in this updated motel. I will definitely stay here again especially considering the great rates for that area. And it's close to many good restaurants and downtown Burbank. Free parking!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"NO INTERNET"
Extremely disappointed that there was no internet due to "switching internet carriers" which caused "an intermittent signal". I could stay logged in for about 30 seconds at the longest. Owner provided a cable - that didn't work either. I tried to explain that all the owner needed to do to repair the problem was to unplug the router for 90 seconds so […] it would reset itself, but the owner's wife didn't seem to care. I was neither offered a refund or discount for not having this necessity. To get internet access, I had to sit at Starbucks and purchase overpriced coffee. I will never stay here again! "Newly remodeled and clean"
The room was very nice for the neighborhood and price, granite counter tops and shower. flat panel TV, etc... breakfast was sparse and they have no business services (e.g. guest printer). Overall very convenient and would recommend.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
