"Not Worth the money"
The hotel hallways smelled, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The maids burst into the room twice with the DO Not Disturb hanger on the door. I was given a later checkout (1 hr late) but them maids showed up before the normal check out time and started cleaning the room. "Stay Somewhere Else, There are Plenty of Better Hotels in the Same Location"
The customer service at this hotel is honestly deplorable. The staff is by far the unfriendliest and rudest we have ever come across. Friends of ours stayed here for a short stay and said the hotel was nice. We were away on business for 9 days so we stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and during our stay we have learned that it is definitely worth spending […] a few extra dollars and staying somewhere where you are treated nicely and respectfully. We filled out a survey regarding the hotels poor service and staff and it seems they are disinterested in what their guests think of their hotel. It looks nice on the outside, just like many of the hotels right next door to it on federal highway. The only thing this hotel had that was better was lower rates but they have raised there rates so its totally worth going somewhere else.
