"A Great Bargain"
This is more of a motel but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We stayed at The Royale Suite. It has two TVs a mini kitchenette (perfect size for when traveling) microwave, fridge and freezer. The pool and tiki bar area are great assets to the place. As long as you realize you're not going to be staying at the Ritz, you will realize what a great bargain it is. This hotel is also walking distance from the beach, although we had a car and preferred DelRey beach which was only about 3 minutes away by car. So much to explore like the myzner park area with a long strip of shops, restaurants, a movie theatre and an art museum. The hotel staff will be glad to give you directions and even suggest fun things to do. It's located on route one which is not the most beautiful of views but it's hardly a bother when the rooms are so great. I'll start by saying that it's an older hotel, but it is very well maintained. We had a room in the main part of the hotel and we had a patio with wicker furniture and were a few steps from the outdoor bar and the pool. They have an onsite restaurant which was very good. The hotel desk staff went out of their way to accomadate us when we wanted to change our room. My request was granted in a very timely manner and with a phone call to confirm from the front desk that evening.
