We Stayed in room 211. The deadbolt lock would not work. Exterior doors would not close after entry, leaving access to anyone, even people who did not stay at the hotel. Beds were comfortable and clean. The rate was good. Nice Pool and Spa.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel is as advertised. Nothing special but I had no issues with the room or stay. Quality of the room was middle of the road. Again, not bad but not 3/4 star either. Great location between Muskegon and Grand Rapids. Light breakfast stuff in the morning. Indoor pool was a nice surprise. Overall a good experience.
