We had 4 rooms for our group. When we checked in they said they only had 1 room reserved for us. I showed them our confirmation from Hotels. con that... clearly showed 4 rooms pre-paid. The clerk got the manager on the phone. He said we would have to pay for the other 3 rooms and take the matter up with Hotels.com. I said he should call Hotels .com and get the matter resolved between the of you. He adamantly refused to do anything. I finally told the clerk to check all of the comfirmation numbers and she then found all of the reservations. Their lack of knowledge of what to do and their lousy attitude was pathetic. by a Hotels.com guest on 09/30/12
