"What a nightmare!"
1) No internet even tho the signal was open - told front desk to call IT department and the issue was not resolved within the 5 days I was there. 12 people tried to get access while we were there and the manager kept insisting it was ALL of our devices. 2) The lobby and front door are locked after 10:30pm - FIre Issue! I had to walk outside and around […] the front and ring a doorbell 15X before someone came to the door 3) Apple juice was out for 2 days 4) One of the cleaning people bleached my pj's somehow (the owner did offer $ to replace, thank you) Finally 5) My sister was refused check in at 3AM. What hotel that is not full refuses a check in? They were even willing to pay extra money! Espicially after a 9 hour drive for a family emergency, so rude.
