"Room did not match description on site"

The Hotel was Clean and Nice! However, there seemed to be a lack of staff in the dining area, and at the front desk. One of the things that bothered me, was that in the morning there was no area where I could get my coffee. The Hotel was great. We had stayed there a year ago. the room we had last year was much nicer and the bed was very comfortable. This year we had a different room that was smaller and the bed was not nearly as comfortable. Great hotel with friendly staff and service. Very Clean. There is a balcony that overlooks the middle of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, more than my bed at home.
