Homewood Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport North

Our's was a weekend for three couples in San Francisco. We were not willing to spend $500 a night to be near Union Square in a nice hotel. For about $120 a night this was an excellent compromise. It's about 8 miles from the action and if you have your own car its an easy drive. The staff was really nice, but struggled with limited resources. My boyfriend and I booked this hotel as a getaway. It's location is ideal if u don't want to be in the city mess (and pay for parking). It's surrounded by a cute path around the bay. At the hotel the rooms are spacious and accommodating. We loved the bed (didn't feel gross laying in it). The only problem we had was checking into the hotel. Their systems […] were running very slow and they couldn't pull up our reservation even after an hour of waiting. BUT we called Hotels.com service line and they took care of everything in less than 10 minutes. We were in our room in no time after that. This is a great hotel. Checking in was fast and easy, the rooms are beautiful and they have a kitchenette equipped with all you need to cook plus a full fridge in every room. Also, it was great to have a dishwasher in the room. The breakfast was great, a lot of choices to choose from and all very tasteful. The beds were great, the pillows too.
