"Horrible staff"
The toilet, refrigerator, and air conditioner were not working properly. The carpet was extremely dirty. It would leave your socks and feet black. The staff was extremely rude. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The staff assigned us a non pet room and then made us move when they noticed the mistake. "Stay Away"
Bad service and rude staff. Example 1 - Breakfast Wait staff did not know what they were doing and were rude. Many customers left before getting their food.
