"Uncomfortable rooms"
The TV is a nice big wide screen, but is mounted on the wall up high, so the only way to watch it is from the bed. There was only one chair in the room and it was very uncomfortable with curved back and arms that rubbed raw places on the outside of my legs just above the knee. You cound NOT relax in the chair at all. The beds were built up high off […] the floor and you almost had to climb in to get in bed. You could NOT sit on the side of the bed to put on socks or dress or watch TV. The floors were not carpeted and were cold and hard and very slippery with socks on my feet. There was NOT a small refrigerator or microwave as other comparable motels would have supplied, management said they are only in suites. La imagen de los empleados parecen más pandilleros, no traen uniforme crean desconfianza, el hotel está muy sucio, si pides más toallas te las niegan, no hubo internet en toda mi estadio y nunca se preocuparon por resolverlo, el mobiliario está muy maltratado, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, en conclusión jamás volveré a este hotel!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"No respetan la reservacion,"
Desgraciadamente no se respeta la reservacion llegue a las 4 y tuve que esperar una hora para que me limpiaran una que se acababa de desocupar supongo. Y es injusto que pidan respetar la hora de salida cuando no se cumple con la entrega de la habitacion a tiempo.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
