"Quality Inn - Pharr"
Hotel was easy to find and get in/out of. Room (suite) was spacious and bed comfortable. Only drawback was bathroom cleanliness. Floor was sticky and hairs were here and there. "PESIMA ATENCION DEL LOBBY"
La Gente que atiende ese Hotel NO TIENE PALABRA. Reserve una habitacion para dos personas por internet. Al llegar a la recepcion del hotel nos atendieron de manera grosera. Despues, como en el viaje ivamos 5 personas en total, supuestamente nos ivan a cobrar 10 Dlls por cada uno pero no lo podian cobrar porque el Check in era hasta las 3 de la tarde […] y en ese momento eran las 10 de la mañana. Total fuimos a realizar las compras para no perder tiempo, ya cuando llegamos en la noche para pagar los extras NOS QUERIAN COBRAR 50 DLLS POR PERSONA. Estuvimos reclamando el precio y lo dejaron a 25 Dlls. Un fiasco de gente que no tiene palabra, a excepcion de la que pone el almuerzo, muy amable. Fuera de eso el hotel bien y limpio.
