"Service and cleanliness good - room temp horrible"
The staff/service was very good. The cleanliness and facilities was also very good. The heating/cooling system for the rooms needs to be addressed. Staying in February, we still had to either open the window or turn the air conditioner on so that the room wouldn't be too hot. We did not have any heat turned on and the room would still get way to hot. […] So then we had to open the window or turn the air conditioner on in order to cool it down. This was fine when awake, but when asleep it caused us to have to get up in the middle of the night to try adjust the temp. The room was either too hot or too cold all night. "Not Really A Fairfield"
This hotel should have the Fairfield name removed. It was just a cheap version of Fairfield. It was a nice average hotel room, but you could tell it was "converted" very cheaply from another brand to Fairfield and didn't offer the same features.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
