"Amazing Views of the NYC skyline"
The views are amazing from the rooms. The hotel is minutes away from Manhattan, just across the bridge. The free shuttle leaving the hotel on the hour and returning guest on the half an hour makes getting to Manhattan simple. The surrounding area consist mostly of industrial warehouses. "Awesome place"
This place was great, it was like a W hotel for a fraction of the cost. The hotel was as beautiful as the pictures show & the staff really does a good job addressing any issues. Nice place and perfect for the money. Weak breakfast and a little bit noisy, because of the Bridge nearby. Hotel staff were very helpfule and friendly. The rooms and common spaces were clean. Nice views from the room and nice rooftop lounge! While the neighborhood is still in transition, there is ample access to the city via the hotel limo shuttle and other adjacent neighborhoods on same side of East River are within walking distance. This boutique hotel had wonderful decor and a great view of Manhattan out all the windows. However, we got trapped in the elevator when the interior door opened and the exterior door did not. We had to use the emergency call box. The next night, we arrived back at our hotel room after being gone for 8 hours to find the door still propped open with the […] interior latch by the cleaning crew. When we spoke with the front desk, they were apologetic but sort of uncaring. I understand that a new hotel has some snafus along the way, but I thought for such a short stay, these were two major ones. I would not really recommend this hotel. "期待していただけに、ちょっと残念"
眺めがいいと聞いて楽しみにしていたのだが、案内された部屋は2階で眺望はイマイチだった。また週末は下のレストランでイベントをやっているらしく午前三時頃まで、音楽が響いて眠れなかった。周辺は本当に何も無く不便。駅からの道のりも日が沈むと、かなり恐い雰囲気。更にチェックアウト時、水を一本しか飲んでいないのに2本分請求され、一本しか飲んでいないと主張したが取り合ってもらえなかった。以上のことからあまりいい印象はない滞在だったが、部屋はきれいでおしゃれな雰囲気であるし、屋上からの眺めも抜群。マンハッタンまでのシャトルバスも便利であった。また泊まりたいとは思わないが、価格を考えるとおすすめできないとも思わないホテルである。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Neues Hotel mit grandiosem Ausblick"
Ein sehr schönes Hotel in direkter Randlage zu Manhattan. Durch den kostenlose Limousinenservice in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Viele kleine Extras wie kostenloses W-Lan, Telefonieren, Frühstück sowie viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie Badelatschen, Kosmetikartikel, Bademäntel, Radiowecker mit Ipod- Dockingstation, großer LCD-TV, Regenschirm, Fön. Super tolles Hotel Frühstück is nur süßes außer Toastbrot und philadelphia Aufstrich :-) aber gut U Bahn is 5 min entfernt, fährt aber direkt nach Manhatten!
