I didn't spend much time at the hotel as I was in the city most of the time, but let me tell you, the free shuttle to the subway station that this hotel offers was very helpful. They will even pick you up if you give them a call. There is also a bus stop just a few blocks away that is very easy to walk to. The free breakfast was also very good. The […] room was always cleaned, and the staff was very informative and helpful. The neighborhood is so-so, not too bad, not great. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The price is reasonable. The hotel has shuttle to the nearby subway station which gets you to Time Square in 20 minutes. We had excellent experience with this hotel. Highly recommended.

It was just good. Nothing exciting. Location good, about 10-15 min. from the city. i495 around the corner. Room is good, comfortable. Rating is right 3.7 stars. A pool would have been nice, but don't think it would affect the rating much. We were able to park on the premises for free, which was good. Surrounding buildings didn't bother me... It's an […] industrial setting... that's new york :) Staff was good, no problems. Breakfast was good, but could have been better - better eggs and juice, that's all I ask. Location is very bad, there is absolutely no restaurants in the area. They have some snacks available for purchase in the lobby, but it is overpriced and hotel staff is standing right behind your back to make sure you are not stealing anything. Closest subway station is 20 min away and hotel shuttle only operates evry half an hour. Hotel has only 2 […] elevators for 12 story building and one of them was not working during our 3 day stay. Hotel breakfast area is small, dirty, and always crowded. Wallpaper in the room was peeling off, bath towels had holes, and bath tub was all dirty. Beware of the fact that if you are asking front desk to arrange for a cab, they will send you to the private van that doesn't have license to operate as a taxi and charges $37 to get from hotel to Manhattan (regular cab ride is only $16). Front desk never mentioned this charge and it was a big surprise at the end of a 5 minute ride. Read more

Hotel was nice but room for 4 was actually room for 2 with one extra bed. Good breakfast. It's near Manhattan but a round hotel is nothing for tourist.

Trés bon séjour. Le personnel est prévenant. La navette part de l'hôtel pour la station de métro toutes les 30mn et vient vous chercher dès que vous le désirez. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La chambre un peu petite mais accueillante. Pas de bruit pendant la nuit ce qui est appréciable après une journée à Manhattan. Pas de commerce aux proches […] alentours.Très bonne solution pour ne pas payer le prix fort de Manhattan. Ticket de métro 2,25€/trajet.
