This hotel is extremely clean, comfortable and located very near the airport. The only problem is that they DO NOT have a 24 hr. shuttle to the airport... as advertised on Hotels.com and at their own reservation line. Their driver does not come on duty until 4a.m. If you have an early morning flight, you may want to keep this in mind. I was told at check-in that I needed to be at the airport 1 1/2 hr. prior to my flight but that wasn't possible with the shuttle not being 24 hr. by Linda C. from Louisville, KY on 12/06/11

Had to ask for the rollaway bed and then when we got it, it was awful-Springs sticking out. Front desk people seemed put out when you asked for something. The room was clean but the halls were hot and stuffy. Stayed at the Hilton garden Inn on way back-MUCH BETTER CHOICE and cheaper!

The lock on the door was loose. We stayed in a pet friendly room and it seemed that they dont really take care of these rooms like they would a room that did not allow pets. Maybe if the floors inside were laminate it would feel cleaner.

Lovely decor, Buffet breakfast a little pricy but good. Very comfortable beds and accessible to the local airport. Ample parking in front of hotel. Tri-Cities airport. Within five minutes.

Front desk service was friendly and effecient. Room was clean and very nice. Shuttle service to the airport was effecient and friently. However, we at in the Grizzly bar (the main restaurant was closed) and the food was very poor. Would not recommend the hotel food for dinner.
