Large room, double bathroom sinks, view of pool. Good TV, weak cable channels. Good airport shuttle. Cottage cheese ceiling, icemaker down the hall did not work, room not cleaned one out of 4 days, breakfast not included and very expensive. We probably will not return.

The ventilation in the room didn't work very well and it challenging to regulate the temperature. The food was fair at best. But we were there with the XC state meet and the hotel was full with student athletes and they had to crank out the food.

We liked our stay very much. The only disappointing thing was the slow service from the kitchen. We were not there during a busy time. Staff was friendly and the food delicious.

Didn't know anything about the town - went for the Hydro races. Races were great but no restaraunts nearby (as a matter of fact - nothing near by#. Hotel restaraunt with larger menu was closed #6 am - 4pm) but never opened afterwards either. Smaller, more trendy restaraunt had very little menu items and quite pricey. Also would have been nice to have […] known at booking that the hotel was sponsoring a "Boat Race Bash" which included 4 rap bands. Nothing against rap music, just not in my quick pics of music. However, the 9pm to 1:40 am thumping and miscellaneous noise was difficult, at best, to try sleeping thru. Hotel was good enough to let us know that our original room was overlooking the stage, can't imagine how loud that would have been, but luckily they moved us across the hall. Hotel complex is very large and well taken care of. College right across the street and airstrip just down the road. Great coffee stand in parking lot!!!! Life saver for sure after little sleep.. My overall experience of the stay was not great. First my room key did not work. Then my room did not have a desk chair and then I tried calling the frontdesk and no one answered the phone for hours. Although the hotel was beautiful, our first rooms TV didn't work, once they were unable to fix it, they moved our room without any problems. However, our next rooms air conditioning didn't work and when it's 105' outside, you really need air conditioning. We called to have it looked at and it seemed to be fixed and working but when we came back 3 hours […] later it had stopped working all together, and our room was horribly hot! We were also under the assumption that our stay included the breakfast option, which appearently it didn't so when I received my bill at the end of our stay, it was surprising to see 2 charges for $40.00 breakfasts that weren't all that great to begin with. Older hotel. Rooms have been updated and aren't too bad. The location is extremely convenient. It's a long distance from the front desk to the room. The staff was short handed when I checked in so the process of checking in wasn't the best. Overall it was a lackluster experience.

The lock on the door was loose. We stayed in a pet friendly room and it seemed that they dont really take care of these rooms like they would a room that did not allow pets. Maybe if the floors inside were laminate it would feel cleaner.

Parts of the hotel sit right on the edge of the freeway and those rooms are noisy. you have to drive right around the garbage station and is not aesthetically pleasing at wing C. Pool and spa are nice but they kicked us out earlier than the closing time. Beds were comfortable. Buffet breakfast was not very good.

The room is not so nice and seems to be getting a bit run down. They should have included a breakfast, although we left to early to benefit from it. Wifi was available, which is good, but it was weak in our room.

Then room was clean, we had asked for a king bed and got a room with 2 queen beds, the safety latch on the door was broke and held together with scotch tape, we told the front desk and nothing happen for a day and we reported again and a maintenance person came quickly and repaired, and room was noisy from other guest (soccer teams)

We've stayed at the Red Lion in Pasco many times. It's an older hotel so we expect it to be a little on the tired side. However, this time cleanliness was also not up to their normal standards. We were also disappointed that all of the on-site dining options were closed on Sunday evening.

First room was right on the freeway and very noisy. I requested to be moved and they put us in a much better room facing the courtyard. Room was lacking wash cloths, luggage rack for suitcase and refridgerator still had food in it form previous guest. Furniture was stained. Our room was fantastic! clean, spacious, and comfortable. As we were right next to the freeway light sleepers may not like to have a room on the freeway side. The breakfast the following morning left a lot to be desired. We had the breakfast buffet in the lobby restaurant. We waited for an eternity to be seated and we were the only ones in line for […] quite some time. Once seated we were directed to help ourselves to the buffet and a server would be with us shortly. The buffet was very picked over, messy areas around all the serving stations, spilled juice and coffee that was not cleaned up by any one of the five employees that just stood around and visited with one another. The cooler of milk was completely empty so if you're a fan of dry cereal this is the place for you. Many serving dishes were empty. The small amount we were able to scavenge was cold. We had to track down someone to pay so we could leave. They all just stood there staring at us like they didn't know what money was. A very unfulfilling experience. If you stay at this hotel either bring your own breakfast or go out to eat. Don't spend your money on the buffet. So not worth the price being charged. We won't make that mistake again. Read more

The room was very small and not insulated well enough to keep the noise out. The Grizzle had Latin music playing until 2:00 AM and we had to move rooms the next night. Although the staff was helpful it took all day to get us another room. Additional, the new room was much larger with newer amenities.

Aging facility. Mold around tub in shower. Another guest compalined of same thing at checkin. Service in restaurant/wine bar was poor. I went elsewhere for dinner.

Again the only thing I dislike about this hotel is the fact the rooms (at least the ones I have stayed in now (3)) are a miles walk away. Really inconvenient when your loaded down with bags and traveling by yourself. Only reason I have stayed here is due to my company booking me there. Last trip there I called for the shuttle service from the airport […] and the gal on the phone told me it would be 10 minute wait which I was ok with, but twenty minutes later a Red Lion van showed up and I hopped on board and it was the shuttle for the Red Lion in Kennewick! The poor lady in the van had to take me all the way back to Pasco, she was super sweet! Read more
