The hotel was nice and it was clean, but the beds were awful. The beds were to hard. The staff at the front when we checked in took forever to come to the front. We had to ring the night bell.

It was ok. The key didn't work the first time around so I had to go back and inform the manager so that was a bit of a fiasco and the coffee inside the room was terrible. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable.

We appreciated the cleanliness and the comfort of our room. At the top of the list for ammenities in the room is the Keurig coffee maker and coffee supply! Having a microwave and frig was also good. The best part about this room was that, as a family of five, we were able to get a room with three queen beds. It worked out great! It was a little weird, but they were very accommodating and the price was right. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't have any trouble. This hotel had all the basics anyone would need: clean room, good TV, microwave, fridge and a nice, easy location to enjoy the sights of Newport. Starbucks was a 2 min. walk next door. Great for 1 or 2 nights. The beds were a little weird- very square, very hard - but otherwise no issues.

no where did it say no pets allowed when we booked it and they booked us in with me at front door holding our mini doxi, when we got settled in we left our dog in the room in kennel and left to go get something to eat then do a quick run to check out a site we we came back we were locked out of our room as of the dog barking and then sign put up in […] doorway no pets allowed. had to go to office to get key card re done to get into room to get dog and take out for a bathroom break needed was told complaint came in at 1 pm which is funny considering we did not check in until 5:04 pm. floors we dirty as well as carpets will not stay at this hotel ever again. The man at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and curteous. At check out 3 days later we waited for at least 10 minutes for a girl to emerge from the back room to check us out. We even had a housekeeper call for us to no avail. Very frustrating. Had we not been paying with a different credit card than the one on file, we would have walked […] out without paying. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The rate was very reasonable, the room was clean (I rated cleanliness a 4 because the window sill was dirty with dead bugs in it) and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient. This hotel was surprisingly comfortable. It is within walking distance of the beach. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are kind of small. The refrigerator froze all of our liquids. It is not my usual hotel but I enjoyed my time there. We were originally in the KOA in Albany. Now that is something I would NEVER recommend to people.

We drove up and did not expect to be happy with the room. What a shock to see a newly redecorated room (150) that was just perfect for 2 people! The "continental breakfast" was pretty heavy on the junk food side, but that was the only bad thing of our two-night stay. Very nice for the price!!!!

Fantastic Place close to Ripley's Believe it or not; The Oregon Sealion Caves; The Walk-thru Aquarium in Newport. Great Reatrants, including Lee Walk, right in the Inn's parking lot. Great Deep Sea Fishing for Halibut; Salmon; Tuna & Bottom Fish. Great Staff, Very friendly, great place to bring your family!

This hotel was in a state of dis-repair. Paint splattered on the carpet, touch ups on the walls instead of fully painting the entire wall and splattered paint on the bathroom floor was just the start. It looked as if someone wiped their nose on the bathroom wall and no one has cleaned it in ages. The walls of the shower were dirty and pubic hair was […] left from the previous occupant. The bed was not the correct size I had requested and the room smelled of heavy air freshener to mask (?). The floor was sagging in some areas and it felt that you may go through it if you stepped wrong. The linen was cheap and felt like one was sleeping on sand paper. If we had not driven so far or were so tired we would have left. The morning breakfast offered consisted of pre packaged muffins and cranberry juice. We spent less than 12 hours in this room and I would never go back. Disgusting place and a disappointment for my husband and I. Read more
