"Great Value"

this hotel was not very nice. it had a weird smell everywhere. the woman that checked us in was very rude and arguementative. when we asked to switch to a non-smoking room, she kept insisting i had known that i booked a smoking room when i had no idea that i had. i think that maybe she never heard that the customer is always right. she seemed to feel […] that the customer needs to be corrected and argued with. we were only there for one night and that was even too long to be there.
