I stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is convenience because it's on the main road. Room is clean and neat. Hotel front desk personnel was very friendly. He gave me great directions and ideas to vist places around the neigborhood. I discovered hidden gems near Pomona. I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel!!

We paid about $60.00 per weekend night and the value to room experience was very high. Did not expect that for the price. Older motel nicely upgraded and taken care of. Well worth $100 or more. Not the most sound efficient, so bring earplugs. But, a comfortable bed, close to everything, and clean! Had a terrific experience.

No WiFi available in the rooms as advertised. Had late night check in with kids and was given a room on the 2nd floor, eventhough a room on the first floor was reserved. Cable has hardly any interesting channels.

The room was nice and clean. Cooling and heating was comfortable. Room had everything we needed; however, the beds were a little hard and the phone was not connected. I will stay at OIS again: clean, renovated, iron & ironing board, refrig., TV, etc. Keeping the fan on for white noise the second night was key to a good night: thin walls. Great price for room.

Great room at an affordable price. Clean and quite. Bed was very comfortable. My only issue was the shower, the water kept going from warm to hot, sometimes scolding hot. But other than that i would highly recommend a stay here if you're passing by.

We found this hotel after a HORRIBLE experience at another one in the area. I've never heard of a $100+ deposit for one night. Ontario Inn was just what we needed and I was amazed at how welcoming the staff was. When we checked out the maid was there in less than ten minutes to clean the room, we hadn't finished with getting out things down to the car […] and she was gracious enough to give us a few more minutes. The room had everything you expect at the rate per night. The bed sheets were a little short for the king bed but the room did the job for the 2 nights my girlfriend and I stayed. Good, close distance to Raging Waters and plenty of choices around for food.

I don't know where to begin...the room was non smoking but smelled only like smoke, the jacuzzi tub had hairs in it & soap scum around the water spout & obviously was not cleaned. I was disgusted after seeing it. The comforter was stained so I actually used a blanket I had in my car. But, besides all that~the worst part of it all was the people that […] also were staying there that night. I'm a female & was alone & terrified being there until my Boyfriend came. At first everything was ok but when I went outside to get a blanket out of my car, about 4 cars pulled into the parking lot with guys that began drinking & talking so loud & just simply partying outside. I was "lucky" to be in the room right next door to them. I was so scared I sat in my car for about 20 min before getting the courage to go into my room. At that point they saw me & whistled & shouted perverted comments. I locked the door with the little lock that was on the door (no deadbolt) & pushed the couch against the door because I was so scared. Since thier room was right next door to mine they then began banging & taping on the walls. I didn't complain because I figured the people running the hotel knew what was going on & I didn't wanna complain & cause these guys to harass me any further or let them know I compained. They did end up shutting down thier party about 2am & I did get some sleep. I will never come to this place again & wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Read more

I was surprised that there was a small pool, and a mini-kitchen/ fridge neither of which I was expecting. Some things about the room were a little worn but a great quiet location, nice facilities. Best part was the staff! Amazingly considerate and thoughtful.

I've been in a lot better places. Behind the head board was very dirty but worst part was that the pillows and pillow cases were not washed right and were stained. The TVs were outdated,and our remote didn't work the first night. They fixed that the next day. The interior decor was basic and simple. You can go anywhere and see the same set up. Our bathtub […] didn't drain the first night but they also repaired that problem the next day. Another thing is that they didn't have an iron in the room but did have blow dryers. Kind of a gross hotel and location, but what was I expecting -- two stars, in Montclair, and really very affordable. Ridiculously small pool that was obviously meant to check off the box "we've got a pool." BUT the room was clean and the service, though delivered from behind security glass, was friendly.

For price, rooms (recently renovated) are nicer than I expected. Quality of rooms were nice than expected. Amenities lacking (no iron, cheap/small toiletries, etc), but what I would expect for the price. Cleaning staff forgot to leave towels in room after cleaning and had to go down to front desk in AM (since there was only one person on staff there […] at the time). Had some horrible smokers in room below (in a non-smoking room, they violated policy) which caused a lot of smoke in our room, so it seems even with new renovation the insulation/seperation of rooms air-wise isn't great, though we never heard the people so sound-proofing IS good. Isolated incident, I'm sure, but made for a less-than-great stay for us. Staff was very honestly sympathetic about it but gave no discount. Would likely stay here again. Read more

To be honest, I was worried about this motel after reading about it online. But when I got into my room I was very pleased. Everything was very clean. Beds comfortable. Plumbing was a little loud, but nothing that woke me up or made me uncomfortable.

The first morning we stayed, we got woken up by the police banging on our door looking for a criminal. It was a very sketchy area, I would spend a few more dollars to feel more safe and stay somewhere else. Plus, I dont think they washed the sheets, gross.
