"Fishing trip home base"
Great service from the friendly staff. Lots of options on breakfast. Nice central location to get to Purdis Creek , Cedar Creek, Athens, etc for fishing trip. Comfortable bed and pillows. "Love it, can't wait till next year."
This was the second year that we have stayed at this location for our annual Canton shopping trip. We loved it again! Nice to know you can actually depend on a hotel and their staff year after year. Last year we were on the second floor (I think) and this year the first. Once inside the room you could hear no one talking from other rooms or in the hall. […] This year my friend who is expecting came along. She was so happy to know the room was cold enough and the bed comfortable. We also love the breakfast here. Hot eggs and who doesn't love waffles in the shape of Texas? So fun. Looking forward to returning next year. p.s. My mom was walking through the lobby as someone at the front desk was saying how much they enjoyed staying and wanted to stay another night. "Make sure reservation are correct..."
do to a error on booking, that could of been taken care of easily. .. It took a hour and half to check in. Would not let us have a room till Hotel.com contacted them. They did promply, but the clerk did not know to refresh her computer. Employees need to be more inform on PC and customer service. Coke machines had limited choice. "Above average experience, sparkling clean!"
Much nicer than expected hotel, room was spotless and very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful and other than a minor problem with our door, the experience was exceptional. We loved it! After a very long day in the car, it was a pleasant surprise to have such a comfortable room in which to relax. The pool was refreshing as well. The entire hotel smelled clean and fresh, I just wish we could have stayed more than one night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
