While the hotel could be clearly seen off I-69, it had had poor signage at the entrance, which consisted of a small sign, in between a KFC and Taco Bell. In fact, the fast food parking lot was actually the drive into the hotel. The hotel was also undergoing exterior painting while we were there, although I'm sure it will be fine once completed. "Clean looking, but smelly"
This is a non-smoking hotel, yet the room, the halls, and when I turned on the bathroom vent it smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel required me to sign a cleaning agreement if I smoked in the room but they have not thoroughly cleaned the room to rid it of old smoke smell. "The hotel in Coldwater, MI"
The hotel was tucked away from the street but the entrance was not well marked. The room was nice. The real problem we had with the hotel was the staff. During our stay, a large group of high school boys were also staying in the hotel. They were loud and roudy but no one stopped them.
