Quick overnight stay coming in on a red eye from Los Angeles. Hotel shuttle was prompt and front desk got me into my room right away upon arrival. The hotel was very nice, I have stayed at an Aloft hotel in Dallas so I know what to expect. Aloft hotel Denver really lived up to my expectations. The front desk people was friendly and helpful, close to places to eat and it was not far from the airport which was good. The one problem I have was I was trying to check into my flight for the next day […] and their computer would not allow me to access Frontier airline site. I tried several times during the day as the desk person suggested and it would not let me use it. I looked at other airline sites and there was no problem with those sites. This hotel has a very young, "night club" type feel. It was pretty cool. I felt immediately welcomed by the front guest employee. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but he was very helpful and friendly. He even gave my dog a treat and played with her for a minute, which I loved. The hotel had a pool table area, a bar/lounge area, and a cool little […] snack bar area in the lobby. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I told my fiance that the room looked like an Ikea showroom. It was pretty cool. Unfortunately, the morning we were supposed to check out of the hotel and head to the airport, my fiance locked his keys in our car. The 2 hotel employees that were there immediately called a locksmith for us, but the locksmith company apparently never called their technician and we waited for about an hour for them. At this point, we were freaking out, thinking we would miss our flight, but one of the employees, Corey, stepped up and helped us tremendously. He was able to find some sort of wire device, and helped my fiance unlock our car and we made it to the airport in time to catch our flight. I was so impressed with his diligence in helping, even though it had snowed about a foot the night before and it was freezing cold that morning. We could not thank him enough for all his help. He really went the extra mile and saved the day for us. He made our stay that much better. He deserves a raise or something. Read more

Glad I got a last minute deal of $79 and that was pushing it, I think the whole idea of the hotel is great but not well excuted at this location, shower door did not close all way water was all over bathroom floor, went to get extra pillow form self and nothing but hair all over, attention to detail was missing...

We liked the hotel and the concept of a less expensive boutique hotel by the airport. The biggest issue was that there is NO light switch for inside the bathroom so if someone uses the bathroom at night they have to turn on the vanity light and that is somewhat a part of the room . the hotel has a niece and cool environment for young people . The loft type of construction allows noise to be heard through the walls, floors and ceiling. I had to call the manager to get some quietness at night because they're kinds jumping and running on the room above and behind my room. Working desk in the room was pretty high, but the church was not lifted enough to fit to the desk. So I had to work on at the bed. Iron bed frame was dangerous since bed coushion was skewed into oneside. I hit the frame hard by the leg. It was very painful.

Everything was great - comfy bed, great bathroom and adequate office space, nice tv, very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Price was same as other "more traditional" decor. We enjoyed the uniqueness - not the "same ol same ol" flowered bedspreads and cheap art. It was a real restful atmosphere. Everything you needed and more!

I booked this hotel for my friends since they were taking off at 6am in DIA. I like the design of the hotel. My first impression of this hotel though, was that we waited at least 10 mins for checking in because there was only one person at the desk and he was talking on the phone for a long time while there is another guest waiting for him to answer […] some questions. I just found out that I was charged twice by this hotel and called them to ask for refund. Pool and Hot Tub were closed, no notice of this or mention when we checked in. Room clean and simple. Bed extremely hard! You can't open a window. Walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything in hall. Rate was reasonable, but for same price we'll look for hotel with breakfast included next time. Ok for one night.
