"A bit disappointed"
When I checked in the hotel, the lady at the reception desk was impatient and rude. The hotel is a bit old, and there is no hot water and tea bags provided in my room. One night, after knocking door without answer, a cleaner suddenly opened my door when I was still in my room, and that really scared me....Genuine Expedia guest review

"Disappoiunting"
The hotel itself is lovely and grand, and the woman at the front desk was fantastic. But, it was not worth the expense at all. On Saturday evening, there was extremely loud, bass pumping music that played until midnight. It shook the walls of our 5th floor room. Hot water came out of the cold faucets. As you could see, we were experiencing unusual activity in the ballroom that evening, but please know that we extend every effort possible to resolve guests' issues related to their hotel experience when these concerns are brought directly to our attention while they are there. We are addressing our music policy and better insulation for the ballrooms so as to avoid this problem in the future.

Très bel établissement, cependant un peu vieillissant et une rénovation serait la bienvenue notamment pour moderniser les chambres et surtout la salle de bain. Le charme et le style sont à conserver mais à rafraîchir. Quelques détails, comme les galettes de chaises tachées et les peignoirs troués à disposition dans les chambres laissent tout de même […] un goût amer pour un établissement de ce standing. En skam at et sådan luksus hotel i så fine omgivelse ikke har bedre sandard for rengøring. Da vi kom var der hår og støv flere steder, specielt på bdeværelset. 2 gange ringede vi efter rengøring, men der var stadig beskidt. Til sidst opgav vi og gjorde selv rent. Det lod ikke til at personalet tog sig særligt af vores klage omkring rengøringen.
