"Best value but not the best place"
One of the desk clerks was rude. The rest were friendly. The out side was unkept. I've and snow all over. Beer cans and razor blades in the parking lot. Beer cans and trash bags all up and down the hallways. Room was small bathroom smaller. No hot water when we took a shower. "TERRIBLE"
Horrible terrible. Noisy, smelly rude. I made a reservation for non-smoking and they told me smoking was the only thing they had left. I had no choice but this terrible property. When I called them the next day the manager said he had a limited budget but could give me $20. I told him forget it and I wouldn't stay at this chain ever!!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
