while staying at the hotel we used the soda machine and snack machine both gave us trouble. The soda machine would not give me a can, or give my money... back. The person at the desk was immediately at the machine help us. Then we tried to get popcorn out of the snack machine, and it didnt work, and the person at the desk again immediately to our rescue with a key to the machine and give us our popcorn. That is real customer service we didnt have to go looking for him, he was there in a flash. While he was sure we didnt need anything else, he stepped over to the laundry room and picked up trash that was on the floor. He clearly took pride in his hotel and it shows. Also the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was clean and quiet. Would stay there again. by Sherry J from ca on 08/30/11
